Room was no smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff offered to 'freshen up' room or another room but we declined as the other room was next door & smelled the same.

I lived at the Eton across the street in 2013. I have stayed there a few time since, but not since 2020. I wanted to see the old neighborhood, and the only availability on short notice was Atour. It had good ratings, so I booked for the next day. It is a small place, kind of hidden, but the inside is very nice and modern, the bed, pillows, air-conditioning, and shower were fantastic. The other great part was breakfast in the morning. Small, but it was probably the best breakfast buffet I've had in a long time, and I did let the staff know. The fruit and food was very fresh, and the coffee was exceptional, as well. I have a Jura machine, like they use, so it was easy, and the beans they use are excellent. The staff is very nice, as well. So accommodating.
Really nothing. I mean the rooms are not very big, but have everything you need, and the bed is really comfortable. The location for me near Pudong Avenue and the river is great for me. I came to see the place and old friends anyway, so I wasn't hanging around in the hotel.

Основная проблема в том, что при заселении, сотрудники начали утверждать, что свободных номеров нет. Мы показали бронь, и что нам заранее подтвердили заезд в 08:00. Однако сотрудники предоставили другой номер и попросили подождать до полудня. Пару раз просили раздельные одеяла, но так их и не предоставили. Справедливости ради, все остальные вещи предоставляли оперативно и без проблем.
Die Lage ist gut gelegen, nicht weit von der Metro Station "Pudong Ave." Relativ neues Hotel, eher klein und sehr persönlich geführt
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Mit zwei grösseren Gepäckstücken in dem Zimmer plaziert, ist es kaum möglich, einmal um das Bett herum zu gehen. Da bieten die größeren Hotels der Stadt deutlich mehr.

Не смотря на знак «не курить» в номере сигаретами пахло все, подушки и одеяло. Когда заходила в номер, запах сразу вызывал отвращение
Jakość i standard nas najwyższym poziomie. Dbałość o każdy detal, blisko metra, a śniadania najlepsze jakie do tej pory jadłam. Trzeba tylko pamiętać, że śniadania były chińskie, więc jak ktoś woli europejskie rozwiązania, to może narzekać. Ja jednak byłam zachwycona wszystkim.

To be honest its just a great 4 star hotel. If i had to mention one thing, on arrival because they were a new system, they did not have my booking. But thankfully they helped us get the same price or better.
