Pros:

The caretaker was fine.

Cons:

The people in charge of handling bookings were very unprofessional and unwilling to assist with my request and they ended up cancelling my booking so it seems that I did not make it to the accommodation but I did and did not enjoy the overall treatment!

Thin walls , great staff
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating particularly Aubrey, we had made a genuine mistake when booking and he helped us sort it out with ease which was really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately the walls of the rooms themselves were made of partition board so the thin walls were not great because you could hear everything from the road to neighbours to the staff just chatting outside which was very frustrating. The wifi was also quite slow, sometimes unusable.Some of the cleaning staff we talking loudly and smoking indoors just outside of our room which agitated my sinuses and disrupted my sleep on both mornings of our stay. The parking situation was less than ideal as it was very small, I had to move my car and have other people move their cars frequently. The bathroom ceiling was unfinished so there was a gap between the wall and the ceiling, that was facing the lobby which did not help with the noise. It's unfortunate that the good nature of some of the staff was outweighed by things beyond their control. The main issue with the place was the call construction, besides that, it was very accommodating

I eventually didn’t stay here!
Cons:

I eventually didn’t stay here! I booked a Delux Family apartment for 2 adults and an 11 year old, when we arrived, parking was a nightmare and we were ushered into a single room which barely fit the queen sized bed (let’s not forget the stains on the bedding), no en-suite bathroom! We were told we’d have to share a bathroom with other guests dormitory style! The common fridge had rotten onions! The security guard doubles as a receptionist and seemed overwhelmed!
Once we got on a call with the facility manager they admitted their mistake in allocating us the wrong room but couldn’t assist as our room was already allocated to another guest! All in all, a mess!

Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and caring. Was surprised to be called while I was away for a weekend as they were concerned. I felt like I was at home

It was great
Pros:

I liked everything about this property , from the comfort to the cleanliness… the way the staff had carried us was amazing, and this place is just peaceful.. what you see you on the pictures is exactly what you get in person

Pros:

The security guard was very helpful , made us feel safe and welcome. The place is spacious, there are stairs but it’s not unbearable. Place smells good
