The facilities...top top top.

Management upgraded us without extra cost, because we were not happy with the view from our first room.

One of the receptionist went extra mile to find a place for us to go and chill. We ended up knowing West Lake because of him. Forgot the name of the receptionist. 😒

Pros:

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of local dishes, oriental & western ones. The staff at breakfast especially Thanh & Vuong went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time. The receptionists whose names I dont know also were very friendly & helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. Im coming back to Vietnam in a week and already booked another room at this hotel😊

Wifi didnt work in the gym (30e floor)

The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided good service the whole trip. Also provides water bottles daily which was very helpful.

Lots of good convenient food options in the area with friendly locals too.

Cons:

Bed is a fair bit firmer than what I'm used to but not unbearable for a back sleeper.

Great to be there at Belresidences Hanoi
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay and is a great property for sure. It is value for money and will surely recommend, specially the staff at restaurant were so much helpful that they were taking care of every guest with the care. Miss Lan and Miss Vuong were so much friendly in nature and were enquiring personally about the experience in Restaurant. That was so nice gesture.

Cons:

Managing the guests at Reception and other facilities like Gym and Spa, need an improvement.
