Pros:

L'hôtel est juste à côté de l'arrêt de car postal, au cœur d'un charmant village. Le personnel était très disponible. Nous avons profité des vélos électriques gratuits, et des sandwichs préparés sur demande au petit-déjeuner (payants), pratique vu qu'il n'y a pas de commerce dans le village.

Sehr hübsches, modernes Boutique-Hotel - leider mit schlechtem Kundenservice
Pros:

Sehr modernes, renoviertes Zimmer. Schöne Möbel. Modernes Badezimmer mit flacher Dusche.
Gratis-Parkplatz nahe.
Frühstück in Ordnung (basic).

Cons:

Uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass die Heizung in unserem Zimmer kaputt war. Erst als wir es telefonisch moniert hatten. Es gab keine Rückerstattung und nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Ein Mini-Heizer gab es nicht, nur zusätzliche Decken (draussen war es 9 Grad Celsius).

Der Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich (kein Lächeln, nur die Formalitäten).
Der Abschied war genau gleich unterkühlt.

Schade um das ansonsten sehr schöne Hotel. An der Gastfreundschaft müsste man noch arbeiten.

Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher (für Tee/Kaffee) im Zimmer.

Le charme et l’authenticité des Alpes tessinoises 🤩
Pros:

Chambre confortable, excellent petit-déjeuner😋
Magnifique emplacement à l’entrée du village, pont sur la Maggia et possibilité de baignade dans la rivière .
Nombreuses et belles possibilités de randonnées, mais toujours très raides !

Traumhaft schönes hotel.
Pros:

Das hotel liegt mitten in fusio mit zugang zum fluss-badebecken und liegewiese. Die zimmer sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die italienische musik ist himmlich, das essen auch. Einfach ein traum!
