Great breakfast, Pool and city views
Pros:

The pool and spa were amazing after a day out walking in the heat.
Great city view from the room and restaurant.
Lovely friendly cleaners and staff in the restaurants who could speak and understand basic English which was much appreciated.
Good cold air con in the rooms and mini kitchenette. There were internals steps down to the bedroom, not so good if you have mobility issues.
Fabulous buffet breakfast
A couple of minutes walk to Asok train station and massive shopping mall called Terminal 21, every floor themed as a different world city.
Handy wee shops, chemist and food on the ground floor around the complex

Cons:

I thought there would be tour and map information at reception for such a massive complex, but not a brochure to be seen. The 3-4 staff behind reception always looked busy and stressed and did not smile or greet much like the internal staff. I asked if they had a map of the area, they consulted each other and finally found a file they thrust at us with a few pictures in it and went back to their computers.
Not so easy to get to the temples and river cruises from here, most were around 20km away and didn’t seem to be direct train access from Asok station. We used the Grab app (like Uber) and chose the premium cars which were nice and big with good air con and calm drivers. They were great to get around in the heat of mid 30c.

Perfect location and cozy
Pros:

Perfect location between the BTS and metro for easy sightseeing, a lot of restaurants around and malls. We loved our two bedroom flat and kitchen, a lot of space! Breakfast was delicious and staff very welcoming. Pool was a great place to relax.

Завтрак хороший, расположение центровое, не далеко sky line, все магазины рядом, расстроило лобби , очень маленькое, шум с улицы если на 10 этаже, большей холодильник

Staff gentilissimo. Posizione eccellente vicino a fermata ASOK della BTS e della MTS Sukhumvit. Tantissimi servizi vicini.Stanza spaziosa e bagno con finestra..... pulizia eccellente.
