Pros:

The room was decent size and the location perfect for my work. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Facilities need to be updated as the room was very basic. I was told there are only two irons for the whole hotel. Needed to wait and ask regularly if it was available. The iron board was in an appalling state.

Pros:

Рядом с достопримечательностями, в отеле было тепло.

Идеи для улучшения:
1) Налить гель для душа и шампунь многоразовые ёмкости, это практично и экологично
2) Смена полотенец могла бы быть по желанию: если на полу - сменить, если нет - менять не нужно. Это экологично

Cons:

1) Запах в туалете, который никак не выветривается, из-за этого было не комфортно
2) В раковине вода сливается медленно, из-за этого было не удобно пользоваться, вся грязь остаётся

Недавно была на мероприятие в Самарканде. Остановились с группой в отеле Grand Plaza Hotel Samarkand. Была во многих странах, но гостеприимство и дружелюбия персонала этого отеля нас очень сильно впечатлило .
Особенно парень по имени Руслан. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый.
Завтрак в отеле супер, идеальная чистота в номерах, очень большой холл с удобными диванами, большой конференц-зал, расположение вообще супер.
Одним словом если еще раз приедем в Самарканд то остановимся только в этом отеле.
Большое и искреннее спасибо всему персоналу отеля. ❤️

Great hotel in Samarkand
Pros:

Hotel is in a good location. Really easy for yandex to pick up / drop off. Room is huge and spacious. Good breakfast spread. Heating for shower works good. Highly recommended!

Good price, good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, near restaurants and main sights.

Cons:

Walls are thin (can hear neighbouring rooms very easily). But overall, good value for money.

Хорошее местоположение, радом все достопримечательности. Просторный и чистый номер, свежий ремонт. Большой ассортимент блюд на завтраке. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. В целом хорошие впечатления от проживания в отеле

Location was ok

Cons:

Our room washroom got very bad smell and we have keep informing them but after 2 days only they change the room. Facilities in the room was not good.
We had early morning day trip to bhukara abd we ask to have breakfast pack. One person said ok and other people start shouting at him why u said ok.
Morning restaurant people not friendly at all. Only the with full suit was good.
Last day while leaving one person was in reception and he was very good.
But they really need to clean their washrooms.

انصح بشده في هذا الفندق

الأفضل في سمرقند من ناحية الموقع بالنسبه للأماكن السياحيه مشياً على الأقدام .
