Beyond expectations.
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect. Many of Samarkand's attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Lots of decent restaurants near by. Breakfast is adequate. Staff is extremely helpful and would book our cabs for us whenever we called them and wherever we called them from. The room size was HUGE.

Cons:

We are rating this hotel 10. So clearly there was nothing we did not like!

Отличный отель в Самарканде с удобным расположением, чистыми номерами, хорошим завтраком и приятным сервисом.
Pros:

Очень понравился отель Grand Plaza Hotel Samarkand. Удобное расположение, красивое здание, приятная атмосфера. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Заселение прошло быстро и спокойно.

Номер был чистый, уютный и комфортный. Постель удобная, в номере есть всё необходимое для хорошего отдыха. После дороги и прогулок по Самарканду было приятно возвращаться в отель.

Завтрак понравился: всё свежее, вкусное, выбор хороший. В целом отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление.

Cons:

Серьёзных минусов не заметил. Проживание прошло комфортно, всё понравилось.

Завтрак и расположение хорошое

Cons:

Кровать самое плохое что я видел. И персонал ужасный. Нет формы то есть униформы, нет бейджика. Грубит и никакого уважение к гостям. Короче, не профессионализм!

Прекрасный отель. Очень вкусные разнообразные завтраки, особенно порадовали спелые фрукты, дыня, арбуз! Номера просторные, комфортные, высокие потолки. Что очень важно было для нас-парковка при отеле бесплатная, спокойно оставили машину. До главной достопримечательности Регистан -15 минут пешком! Рекомендую от души!

Превосходный отель в центре Самарканда
Pros:

1) прекрасное расположение в центре на красивом бульваре в пешеходноц доступности от достопримечательностей
2) просторный современный номер с трехметровыми потолками
3) превосходное отношение персонала (особенно хотел бы выделить Шахруха) - комплиментарно заселили раньше в ночи, помогали со всеми вопросами и были крайне дружелюбны
4) отличное качество за демократичные деньги

Cons:

Завтрак можно сделать чуть разнообразные, добавив фруктов
