El tamaño de la habitación y los amenities. Todo fue genial y la mujer de la recepción fue muy agradable.

Pessima la pulizia ma personale gentilissimo

La colazione a buffet.
In seguito alla brutta esperienza ci hanno permesso di fare il check out alle 13.30/14.00

Cons:

Stanze molto sporche con pavimenti discutibili.
Avevamo la stanza con l’idromassaggio e una volta acceso abbiamo iniziato a notare intorno a noi l’acqua marrone, a quel punto facendo caso alle bocchette della vasta i filtri erano inguardabili: muffa e sporco molto evidenti.
Abbiamo subito contattato la reception (molto gentile e disponibile) è arrivata la signora che ci ha accolte e dopo averle evidenziato il problema e richiesto un’altra stanza non ha esitato.
Ci ha spostate in una stanza di livello più alto con anche la sauna, ma purtroppo il problema della pulizia dell’idromassaggio e della stanza in generale non è cambiato.
Abbiamo lasciato perdere e ci siamo godute quello che potevamo visto il poco tempo che avremmo trascorso lì.
Capisco la difficoltà del gestire il numero di camere che ci sono nella struttura ma è molto pericoloso fare il bagno in una vasca con i filtri sporchi.
Peccato sarebbe un bellissimo posto se solo fosse più curato e pulito…

Un endroit où se resoucer calme et proche de la ville de Biella
Pros:

Le Relais CASCINA ERA un peu gâché derrières des briques rouges dévoilent à l’intérieur un cachet unique et magnifique. Aussi l’accueille de notre chien avec 2 gamelles à disposition

Cons:

Juste le bruit de la climat - mais il faisait tellement chaud le temps de notre séjour je pense qu’elle fonctionnait à fond
