Pros:

Everything was clean and ready before we got there. We didn't have to wait on the apt to be ready.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't more a/c in the master bedroom. It was stuffy. There was a puddle in the master bedroom too, I guess from heavy rain. I just grabbed a towel and dried it. And the pillows were a bit thin.

Loved the condo will stay again!
Pros:

Loved how close it was to everything, loved the balcony and watching the geese, loved that it was quiet, you couldn’t hear everything that was going on outside. The beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Any issues were handled in a timely matter and they were super nice!

Cons:

Could use a little updating, but other than that there isn’t much I didn’t like!

We had an excillent time while in Pigion Forge and we will probably give this property one more try.
Pros:

The condo was very spacious and the bed rooms and bath rooms were clean.

Cons:

The main living area wasn't very clean with stains on the rugs and furniture. We were on the sixth floor and the elevator was hit and miss.

Overall we had a good 3 days staying in PF.
Pros:

Perfect location - loved watching the ducks/Geese - River was champ.
