Have been to this place a few times already, both on a business trip and privately. Comfortable place in the central location, will definitely get back again when I am in Bangkok. The roof top bar is great!

Cons:

The hotel is not a small one, there are many guests and breakfast area, elevators etc. can be quite crowded during peak hours...

Very comfortable, great location. Only the M Club was as slight disappointment.

Lovely rooms with great views as always 👏
Super-comfortable bed and bed clothes.
The bathroom was luxurious with lots of hot water and a 5* shower. Lovely staff!

Cons:

No turn-down service and M Club a little disappointing - it feels rather more like a quiet-ish canteen than an exclusive facility.

הזמנתי מונית לשדה תעופה ווידאתי 4 פעמים מול 4 אנשים מהקבלה וכל פעם אמרו שזה רשום. וכשהגעתי לקחת מונית מתברר שלא רשום להם, שימו לב לזה.
