It’s a little bit far from the old town shopping and the streets around it very dark at night
The room and public areas were stunning
As soon as we arrived at the hotel ro check in they told us that they would upgrade us to a nicer room. We got a spacious room with a beautiful view of the marina. The bed was amazing and shower. We had a very good time. We will definitely go back.
The spa didn't have a jacuzzi or a swimming pool.
They had the most comfortable beds/pillows in the world! This is an absolutely awesome hotel. Everything was fabulous. The facilities, the staff, the location, the breakfast. Real value for the money!
Staff has very little knowledge of English, but they were all trying to provide good service regardless.

The decor was beautiful, albeit a little OTT.
On the whole, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
What let the hotel down for me what the lack of facilities for disabled access, no ramp at the entrance etc. plus kerbs we’re so high in places (eg outside the Chinese restaurant) even able bodied people would find it difficult. The buggies were also quite difficult to get into, a little wooden stool would solve this problem.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent restaurants , very large casino . Wonderful marina with room overlooking the sea . Also spa department was great !
The receptionist do not know how to speak English. The waiter in the breakfast area and the porter are much better English speakers. The bed was nice to look at but the wood section in the bottom is old ( kept falling off ). Also heating and cooling was abit confusing.
The room was bad and also the staff dont speak english
