Price is affordable for central location if cleanliness is not your major concern.

Location is central to Centrum and Billion Shopping.

Cons:

Not happy with the general cleanliness of the room. It feels musky, dirty and not enough sound proofing. The running tab water looks cloudy and feels "soapy", one needs to let it run a few mins before the water looks clear.

Berhati hati parking, Ahad pun kena bayar parking.. kena Saman rm 30 sebab tak bayar parking Ahad.
