A wonderful place with everything you need in a great location. Felt like home.
Pros:

This place checked all our boxes. The cozy one bedroom apartment had a kitchen, laundry, A/C, comfy beds, a great shower, plenty of towels, and was in a great location close to the subway, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, etc. David was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful about where to eat/what to do. Will definitely stay there again!

Best accomodation ever!
Pros:

The apartment is amazing, very well equipped and from the the window you see the Santa Lucia hill. Location is perfect and safe, there is a big supermarket, 2 groceries and 1 bakery and a pharmacy directly next to the building. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is fast. The owners of the apartment are very nice and providing you plenty useful information. Highly recommended!

La atención desde que hicimos la reserva fue bastante buena. Una vez llegando nos atendieron muy bien. El cuarto estaba limpio y muy bonito. Muy recomendable hospedarse aquí.

Pros:

Wonderful apartment with everything you need including metro cards for use. Host was kind enough to help us store our luggage after checkout in another apartment. Highly recommend this apartment and the host and his staff!

Pros:

Emplacement dans le centre historique/touristique de Santiago. Grande résidence moderne et sécurisée. Appartement petit mais très fonctionnel et aménagé avec goût. Lave linge séchant. Vue sur la colline de Santa Lucia. Accueil sympathique et efficace, bonne communication. Un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier sûr à priori.

Cons:

Pour info : comme toujours dans ce genre de location, il est nécessaire d'avoir internet sur son portable pour communiquer avec le propriétaire (remise des clés par exemple)

David y Jaime son majísimos 😃 contestaron rápido a todas nuestras dudas incluso tuvimos que cambiar las fechas por un problema con el vuelo y no hubo problema.. Además pudimos entrar antes de la hora del checkin al alojamiento ya que no había otros huéspedes y finalmente nos quedamos una noche más y nos recolocaron en el mismo edificio también temprano en la mañana, vamos todo facilidades y un trato inmejorable lo recomiendo 💯 x 💯..!!

Top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen, trotzdem waren die beiden Gastgeber sofort für uns da. Sie haben uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen und sie sprechen ein sehr gutes Englisch. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann die schöne Altstadt von Santiago bestens zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Anlage ist absolut sicher und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Excelente estancia en familia.
Pros:

Un departamento renovado muy cómodo con muchos detalles que le dan un toque adicional. Ubicación excelente, el encargado muy amable. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Cons:

A pesar de que había un aire acondicionado portátil, sería ideal que fuera fijo. Es un detalle que no quita nada al resto del buen servicio.

The staff David was really friendly and helpful. He helped with getting the wifi sorted out upon arrival and also offered some advice on places to eat/visit. Clean accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out. We opened the windows for some ventilation. Felt safe in this area.
