Pros:

Great location on Lighthouse Beach.
The small hotel was quiet with a courtyard garden on the ground floor, 1 minute walk to the beachfront, restaurants, cafes and Ayurveda treatments.
Room was a good size, comfortable bed and good shower with seating and a small terrace to the rooms on the ground floor.
Wifi was good.

Pros:

Расположение удобное, 2 минуты до пляжа. В номерах есть всё необходимое, Заселили раньше, выселили позже,

Cons:

Нет подъезда такси, нужно пройти пешком, с чемоданами неудобно.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Closeness to the beach and restaurants

Cons:

Hot shower did not work properly especially in the evenings. They tried to fix it the first night but didn't change it on subsequent nights.

Comfortable room in Great location
Pros:

We were really pleased with the room, comfortable bed and cotton linen. Hot shower with a good pressure, the place was clean and in good condition. Ceiling fan and AC working well. Our own private patio to relax on. A quiet spot yet only a minute walk to the beach. Perfect! The staff were all very helpful, friendly and relaxed, a great place to stay!

Great stay
Pros:

Short walk to beach and staff very friendly and hepfull. We were silly enough to leave without our passports and Uddi was very kind and drove to meet us with them. Comfy bed.

Pros:

Nettes Hotel ohne Restaurant in Strandnähe, ruhig gelegen mit kleinem gepflegtem Garten. Manager sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider befindet sich vor dem Hotel eine Müllkippe auf der einheimischen auch mal ihr "Geschäft" erledigen.

Close to the beach. Extremely helpful and attentive “house boy”.

Cons:

No centrally located filtered water dispenser. AC in our room was problematic as was the toilet seat! Don’t get room 101 as no privacy - ask for a room on the top level. There is a 300m walk from where you will get dropped by an auto - message hotel and someone will come and help with luggage if needed.

Nice stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is 100 steps away from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Suresh is a very good person. Rooms were neat n clean. It is a quiet place. Good for a family trip.

Cons:

Reaching the hotel is challenging as it is beach property and uber/ola are not allowed by local taxi owner. So if you are travelling with family and a lot of luggage you will face problems in reaching the hotel Though suresh helped in bringing the luggage but while checking out, taking out luggage and getting uber was very difficult.

Pros:

The owner is friendly and helpful. The location is good, but difficult to find on arrival.

Cons:

No breakfast available. No room cleaning, no towel change for the duration of our stay (4 days). You can hardly call this a hotel, not to mention 4☆. Therefore quite expensive gor vlaue for money.

Decent value with nice view
Pros:

Great location, sea view, nice room and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall good value stay and we enjoyed it.

Cons:

Hot water in shower very hot and miss, cold shower was only option for much of 2 night stay. Fridge stank as something had been spilled in in it , they cleaned straight away but impossible to get rid of smell in it. Lastly in description text it says leisure facilities ‘swimming pool’ don’t get your hopes up!
