Great location and comfort for a Melbourne City stay.
Pros:

Location is convenient tram ride to CBD. Botanical Gardens are nearby for a pleasant walk or alternatively Lake .
Room was spacious, clean and air-conditioned (it was hot).
Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Cons:

Bathroom is small in comparison to a generous bedroom. Overnight parking expensive.

Purrrfect
Pros:

We've stayed here three times - and this time we were travelling with our cat - the hotel made it a great environment to travel and stay with a pet - great staff and facilities.

Very sleek and modern hotel at an excellent location.

Cons:

The carpet under the bed had a huge stain on it and the kitchen table had scratches on it.
