Would stay here every time we visit melbourne
Pros:

Location was tricky to find but that probably cause I’m from the country. Once we found it and entered it was such a relaxing beautiful place. Staff where amazing room was huge, well layed out. Coffee was amazing too

Friendly staff and great facilities. Would definitely come again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and inviting. Almost spent the entire time at the hotel but the tram is close by and allows for easy mobility around Melbourne.

Staff were exceptionally friendly! Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable!
Brekkie was always delicious 😋
Room was clean and tidy (we've had some bad experiences with large hotels before so we were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was!)🫶
Hotel made our stay with my friends smallish human as comfortable as they could, it did seem more of a business hotel, but they did awesome regardless ✨

It was such a comfortable stay and we didn't want to leave
Pros:

Awesome rooms. Great decore and furniture. Lighting was excellent and the size of the room was awesome. Really enjoyed staying there and the kitchen was so handy

Cons:

The room cleaning service trolleys and vacuum cleaners are being left in the corridors randomly 24 hours per day. It really took away from the visual amenity

The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every part of my experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest. It was a very bad experiance.
Pros:

Location was not bad but everything else was terrible.

Cons:

Had to move rooms three times due to appliances not working, and not being able to contact staff through the room phone. When I finally got a room to stay in the room heater did not work. Would Not recommend.
