Cons:

We were assigned to a room in the second floor. It has broken bathroom and shower fixtures in which I was advised that they already know as it has been reported by the previous occupants. We were moved to a room on the 3rd floor. The water on the shower hardly flows, it was almost just a trickle and the hot water seems to be on & off. We had ants & mosquitoes in the room. I woke up with bites on my face and I'm allergic to mosquitoes. Staff was trying to give us a room spray and I refused to use it. I was then given an ant spray only as apparently they have ran out of insect spray and saying that Baygon smell is too strong to use in the room. I ended up chasing the mosquitoes & kill them. There was no follow up to check if we still need to have the room fumigated. We were not able to use the TV for two days due to connection issues.

Staff are nice & friendly but the basic room amenities are not maintained.

Pros:

Location-near good restaurants (21, Bob's, palapala). Only 1km from city center. Great staff-very attentive-from the guard, reception, to housekeeping.

Cons:

Somewhat noisy in the daytime. There was a car whose alarm kept going off.

Almost everything

Cons:

The space between the 2 single beds we used is so tight or small. We had to make sure that in order for the one occupying the bed beside the window, the other has to get out of the way. Other than that, we had a great time staying in the hotel.

Everything! The staff were so lovely, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, we extended our stay. Strong AC and Netflix is always a bonus!

It’s a value price hotel, but not clean.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The staff confused the booking of my free breakfast and told me I have to pay for it. Then told me I didn’t. Then told me it wasn’t included until I showed them that I paid for the breakfast with my booking. Then they gave my order away to another room. Also there was no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor.

Not satisfied because the price I paid did not match the service I received.
Pros:

Breakfast good especially when staff deliver it in your room on time . But only few options with no hot drinks. Location was excellent, near to everything like Calea, SM, Ayala malls, Lagoon park. The area was fun because there are a lot of cafes just within reach.

Cons:

The drainage was not good at all. It gave off a bad smell during the day . The first day when I showered, the water was not draining at all I had to ask the receptionist if she can give us another room but they offered to check with the housekeeping first. Housekeeping successfully drained it but the smell of the drainage is not at all nice.
The room cleaning service was not satisfying because it took a day to for iur room to be cleaned when we came back in the afternoon, it still wasn’t sorted. And the used dirty towel was reused and was just placed in top of the toilet bowl. I was expecting the towels to be changed. ☹️
