Clean but sad.
Pros:

The room was clean and there were snacks and coffee packets.

Cons:

There was a metal flashing under the bed, every time your foot hit this flashing it would sound like thunder.
The sheets were polyester and we were sweating in them even though the air conditioner was blowing directly on our feet. There was no room to put anything down in the bathroom, all remodeled with low quality sinks/cabinets. There was no mirror in the room only in the bathroom; making it difficult for two people to dress and prepare at the same time. Our room looked over the parking lot with a garbage bin and a decaying fence.

Clean, comfortable stay
Pros:

Ground floor rooms that we requested were very nice. Comfortable, clean, and convenient for getting luggage in/out of car. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom with a good shower.

Cons:

At check-in, we were told that there was no reservation in our name, and that the hotel was fully booked. After panicking for a few minutes, our reservation was finally found in the computer. We had requested and paid for early check-in (1 pm) since we had to be at a wedding in a nearby town at 5 pm, and wanted to be ready to leave by 4:15 pm. Our rooms were not ready until 3:45 pm (almost an hour after even normal check-in time) We had 30 minutes to shower and dress for what should have been a relaxing amount of time to get ready. We traveled with elderly relatives, and their room had only started to be cleaned at 3:45. The cleaning girl was very nice, and we felt bad for her since she seemed to be the only one turning rooms over...definitely need more housekeeping staff. We were told that we'd be refunded the $25 early check-in fee, but 5 days later, have received no refund. Also, noise from the room above us was disturbing...we could hear every footstep on the creaky floor, and every suitcase being wheeled across it. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay, but if you need to book early check-in, I would recommend calling the hotel that morning to confirm that your room will be available on time. For almost $300/night/per room, we expected a better experience.

Very nice suprise
Pros:

The owner was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The room was clean and on a really hot day/night the A.C. Worked fantastic!

שצריל לטפס 2-3 קומות עם המזוודות.
כשהגענו, לאחר 21:00 בערב, לא היה אף אחד בקבלה. התקשרנו וקיבלנו קוד לחדר. הצעלמו מהבקשה שלנו מראש להיות בקומת קרקע ושמו אותנו בקומה הגבוהה ביותר. לאחר מכן קפץ החשמל ולקח לנו שעתיים לתפוס מישהו מהמלון. אמר שיטפל בזה ולא טיפל. חיכינו ואך אחד לא הגיע.
בבוקר הגיעה נציגה שהיתה ממש אדיבה, הפעילה את החשמל וביומתה אמרה שלא יחייבו אותנו.

Cool clean room with wide double bed with comfortable proper oblong pillows.

Pros:

It was clean and well equipped. We checked in early and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job.

Cons:

I reached out to the staff via the number they provided about the WiFi code. I was never given that info.

Cons:

No staff around most of time— no grab bars in shower and no bath mat— no desk lamp— dirty floors— only one mirror, namely, in bathroom— little things that were not provided like plenty of coffee/tea, but no decaf— only one chair— no instructions to operate shower or television—no landline phone… overpriced

Pros:

Excellent location for us. Near to family. Near to beaches. Lots of dining options nearby. Nice clean room.

Cons:

Everything was great. But, it appears that the bell in the lobby was not working to call someone to check in prior to 6 PM per instructions. But, someone heard us calling and came out.
