Nous avons l'habitude de réserver dans cet hôtel cependant cette fois nous avons été très déçu concernant la propreté.
La robe de chambre était sale (excrément).Nous avons fait remonté 2 fois l'information à l'équipe mais rien aucun retour!
Nous ne pensons pas réserver de nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Teure aber eine sehr schlechte Aufenthalt

Das Hotel hat mir gar nicht gefallen

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Das Personal unfreundlich. Wir mussten 5 mal Bescheid sagen, bis die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Sie werden ohne Grund aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Das Frühstück war schlecht.

Great location and amazing team
Pros:

I stayed there 3 nights and was extremely impressed and happy with the quality of service. They have great facilities, delicious food and very dedicated staff. Special thanks to Mrs Seval from the reception and Mrs Duru from the spa area. Definitely recommend and will be back.
