Personalul .Cel de la recepție după ce am plătit a spus ca nu are bani să îmi dea rest și o să îi lase la recepție …nu mi-a mai înapoiat 20 euro . Spun ca au parcare dar am parcat pe strada ,am luat legătura și cu booking să rezolve problema și tot nu s-a rezolvat .Am avut incluse două locuri de parcare și totuși tot sejurul mașina a stat pe strada .Ospatarii și chelnerii nu știu engleză ,nu au meniu în engleză și din acest motiv te înțelegi foarte foarte foarte greu cu ei .Astea sunt servicii de un hotel de maxim 2 stele

Unfreundliches, arrogantes Personal...aus diesem Grund haben wir auch gleich die Buchung storniert und haben uns ein anderes Hotel ausgesucht..

Very sub standard for a 5 star hotel, no guest relations and no customer service, rooms weren’t cleaned properly, curtains falling off the rails just very disappointing
Ik heb een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden. De schoonmakers deden uitstekend werk; de kamers waren elke dag netjes en verzorgd.
Daarnaast was het comfort van de kamer erg goed en werkte de wifi snel en betrouwbaar, wat zeker een pluspunt is.
Het enige nadeel is de ligging van het hotel. Het bevindt zich vrij ver van de meeste toeristische bezienswaardigheden, wat het iets minder handig maakt voor uitstapjes.
