First and last visit to Lords plaza

Cons:

My honeymoon spoiled because of the hotel. The room was not cleaned, linen was very itchy and bathroom was smelling very bad. Furthermore accomodation does not match as advertised. We felt the hotel was overcharged compared to the quality of service, other properties on the same or lower price range offer better accomodation plus benefits. We took accomodation with breakfast which lead to a very disappointing dining experience. From the food just not being up to par and beverages just tasting like water with flavouring. We couldn't bear the food which led us to stopping part way and leaving for check out.We made a formal complain regarding the accomodation as it was just unacceptable and requested for compensation of 1 night we lost for our honeymoon.
