Everything! The location was superb! Right next to big shopping malls and right by the mtr station. Only 10 mins cab ride from Futian High Speed Railway station. The room was super clean, great sunlight and spacious. The staff were all great and super helpul.
Only 1 minor detail, when i wanted to use the amenity kit with the cotton pads and cotton swabs, it was opened already and cotton swabs were missing.

All the USB port for type C charging were damage inside the room and I’m not able to charging my mobile! Besides, the pillow is too soft and I free so uncomfortable to sleep.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good and breakfast had a good spread.
It's a local hotel, so checking in might be challenging, as they need to check multiple systems for booking confirmation. Be patient.
