The room was big but their balcony door was not closing We had to stay all night like that .
Ooty is a cold place ,we came at 9:45pm and it was cold We needed tea , they said our kitchen is close

I booked two rooms
It is not worth the money that we give 3500 rs/ room it seems like an ordinary room of 1500-1800rs. No towels are provided at the rooms
The room was not cleaned full of dust in the bedsheet cot, and even in the blankets, I have a video clip. There is no video upload option if available. I'll share it
No proper parking facilities if the rooms are filled there is no space for parking vehicle they came to room twice and asked me to re park my car
Food was below average.

Cleanliness must be improved. We were given a different room to the one we booked and said that this is superior to the room booked but the room given was not upto the mark.Booking.com hotel pictures were misleading.We asked for extra bed it was not given. Most of the times ,Staff were not responsive to our needs.Breakfast options were not good and culinary and cutlery were not hygiene. Dining hall is very congested. By booking online We paid price on par with room that fits 7 people in this hotel with limited privileges.Water in the purifier is also not good.

Worst stay honestly don’t stay here it’s only worth for 3k

Not clean worst experience rooms were not clean no value for money 3k is good for this and staff were arguing to provide room manager behaviour is not good

Not clean didn’t got the room where we booked first manager argued then later gave the room that too it was not clean not worth for 6.3k

It could have been lot better. Not value for money.
Pros:

The amenities mentioned in booking,com is not the same as what was given at the hotel. We have opted for an executive room instead of standard or deluxe, but the room did not furnish all the details that were mentioned in booking.com. Quite disappointing on overall travel. Value for money is not met.
