The staff were excellent and approachable but the location of the hotel very busy and noisy.
Cons:

The hotel location. It is noisy with music blasting out of some of the surrounding hotel. It felt uncomfortable. The ambiance of the hotel is nice with very polite and friendly staff.

Close to airport
Pros:

The room was cosy and nice. The receptionist that checked me in were friendly. I believe the manager and another female they were both friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needed a major upgrade.

More varieties for breakfast would have been good.

Very well looked after during my stay

Cons:

The staff seemed a little suspicious of guests. While I was recording a video of the hotel to send to my family in the UK to show them how beautiful and safe it is, a staff member approached me and asked for my room number. I felt a bit offended because it should have been clear that I was a guest and not just someone randomly recording..

Good place to lodge
Pros:

Location. Food. Cleanliness.

Cons:

I didn’t have WiFi in 301 the entire month I was there. The water wasn’t hot at all. I explained that to the staff and nothing was done about it. This didn’t happen last visit so I didn’t know why it was like this for 28 days.

Great place to stay, great food selections, great security, friendly staff.
Pros:

Service, security, 24/7 access to food

Cons:

Balcony doors aren’t sealed well to prevent hearing all the noise in the outside from the street, the generators noise, and it’s keeping the room from being cooled late at night.

Le manuel d hygiène du barman qui mna choqué. Il ne porte pas de gants et a defaut de cela il ne se lave pas les mains et passe a peine sous l'eau ses ustensiles et i a éternué dans ses mains devant moi avant de continuer a faire m9n cocktail sans se laver les mains😱😱😱
