Great stop between Vancouver and Banff

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

The hotel is attractive, set in the countryside and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We loved the beautiful balcony and lovely view. It was very peaceful and quiet.
All the staff were extremely kind and helpful with anything you needed.
The pool was out of order at the time but it's well positioned, overlooking the countryside and a hot tub is just next to it.

Cons:

The beds seemed rather cheap and not very stable. If someone else moved next to you, you were bounced up and down!
The breakfast was just OK, not very high quality.

Nice location, excellent food and great beds
Pros:

Place has something mystical. Very close to the city and some excellent golf courses. We had twice dinner at the place. Great food and good kitchen, especially the burger and salads. Breakfast could use more variety but is enough. New management friendly and capable. We had to cut one night because of the wildfires coming up in the valley. No discussion giving us the additional night already paid back. Worth a stay.

Cons:

Room is pretty outdated and needs upgrading, new management took over and works on those. Place is very well situated, close to many attractions. Worth a trip. Coffee machine and bathroom in particular necessary to upgrade

Zimmer mit Flussblick
Pros:

Diese schöne Hotelanlage liegt in ruhiger Umgebung 20 Kilometer von Kamloops entfernt, direkt am Fluss. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon und Flussblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Da haben wir in anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise teilweise viel weniger für unser Geld bekommen.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas au même endroit d’un jour à l’autre.
À notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre pour deux personnes alors que nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois personnes et que le réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n’avait plus la chambre qu’on avait réservé.
