Beautiful, quiet spot
Pros:

It was quiet. Comfortable and clean! I appreciate that it is pet friendly.

Cons:

The heat/ ac unit in the room was very loud. It came on early in the morning and woke us up.

A nice country resort - not fancy but very well kept.
Pros:

A lovely little country resort with a great views, quiet location, and good service. The rooms were sort of 'standard hotel' in size and shape but had nice little touches like wood flooring and well kept hallways with wainscoating and an soothing pastel yellow paint. It isn't super fancy ... just nice.

Cons:

*shrug* nothing really. I wasn't there long.

Cons:

The bath was not fit for purpose for many reasons
Was a little too far out and there were not many facilities available and needed to pay extra to have beds made up if you were only staying a minimum of 2 nights

Cons:

Hotel did not inform in advance that its restaurant facilities were closed for the season, meaning there was a long drive to find food due to the remote location. There was no mini fridge or microwave to use for any bought food. What was meant to be a quiet relaxing luxurious little getaway turned into a hunt for any kind of place to eat.

Super relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel was a little out of town which we liked. Away from the hustle and bustle. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Set on an estate next to the Thompson river and golf course.
We will definitely consider staying here again.
