A very enjoyable stopover.
Pros:

Beautiful views over the Thompson River. Clean. Excellent evening meal.

Cons:

A bit disorganized initially with bar and breakfast set-up but came through in the end.

L’endroit est très beau au milieu des champs

Cons:

Le service est médiocre. L’hôtel est fatigué, et aurait besoin d’une bonne grosse rénovation c’est dommage car il est joli de l’extérieur. Notre chambre était glaciale malgré le fait que nous avions demandé de ne pas mettre l’air conditionné, le personnel ne lit pas ses messages apparement. Bref une super grosse déception

A comfortable and clean stay in a beautiful rural setting, though the shared balcony was unexpected.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. Although the hotel is located quite far from the city, it is surrounded by a beautiful rural area with lovely views. Breakfast was not included, but the staff kindly offered muffins and coffee, which was very helpful for our group, especially with the kids.

Cons:

One unexpected feature was that the balcony was shared between several rooms. This felt a little unusual and seemed to surprise guests from the other rooms as well.

Personal war nicht gerade fähig. Zusätzlich wurde meine Kreditkarte belastet obwohl die Buchung schon bei booking.com bezahlt wurde. Erst nach mehreren Mails, bekam ich nach fast zwei Wochen mein Geld zurück.

Pros:

The staff - all excellent - very friendly & accommodating- the owner certainly did a great job hiring good people - Oscar gets 5 stars.
We have stayed many times since the Inn was new and we always feel at home. The location and the scenery of both the river & mountain sides are lovely. As the Inn is a few km's into the countryside we always feel secure - us & our vehicle.

Prima geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder wenn man Golf spielen will
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und funktionell. Hatte alles, was man braucht. Es gibt Zimmer, die zur Highway-Seite hin liegen, die sind natürlich etwas lauter. Aber nachts ist da eh nicht viel Verkehr.

Es gibt ein Hotel-Restaurant, in welchem wir allerdings nicht gegessen hatten.

Don’t assume you’ll get your room- we didn’t.
Pros:

Nice looking in when we drove up and beautiful lobby.

Cons:

The inn overbooked themselves and cancelled our confirmed reservation 20 minutes before our arrival leaving us with no place to stay on a very busy booked up Saturday night in Kamloops. They only notified us by email, couldn’t even be bothered to call us so we did not know the room was cancelled until we were at the front desk. They had no suggestions for other places to stay and left us to figure it out after a long day of travel to Kamloops.
