Дуже гарне розташування, проблеми з звукоізоляцією.
Pros:

Цікавий досвід самостійного набору сніданку із наявних продуктів - сік і молоко були в номері, а в кухні - смачна кава, крутони, круасани, нутела. В холодильнику є спеціальна полка "для всіх", там були яйця, масло, рибний паштет і вино.

Cons:

Тонкі перекриття, всю ніч над головою гупають сусіди зверху.

Les lieux sont identiques aux photos. Pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Et surtout très grande propreté et hygiène des chambres, du linge, de la salle de bain, de la cuisine et des wc. très grande sécurité des lieux

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un accueil sur place.

Pros:

The security of the place

Cons:

The noise in other rooms mainly late at night. The place offer breakfast but is more like as an Airbnb and the ingredients where not restock.

Apartamento a 20 minutos en coche del centro...
Pros:

Esta a 20 minutos del centro, hay una parada de taxis delante, se puede aparcar en los alrededores, el apartamento está limpio y los dueños son muy amables...

Cons:

La única pega es que en la segunda habitación esta la cocina y la cama en la misma habitación, algo un poco extraño e incómodo...

We hebben hier 2 nachten fijn geslapen!
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. De kamer was erg schoon. Bed van goede kwaliteit. Goede douche. Ontbijtruimte mooi verzorgd met basisbehoeften.
Ook toen we weggingen, was de eigenaar aanwezig en vroeg ons hoe ons verblijf hier bevallen was.

Ik kan het zeker aanraden.
Het is niet lux, maar alles ziet er keurig verzorgd uit

Cons:

Als Nederlanders zijn we gewend aan bredere beneden. Ons bed was 135cm breed. Standaardmaat in Spanje, dus viel niet echt tegen, maar breder was fijner geweest

Very nice room in madrid.
Pros:

The room was quite nice
It has a big bathroom and all the facilities in the room are nice and clean. There are free parking places close to the building where you can leave your car. There is a shared kitchen that has all the necessary utensils and cookware to cook basically anything, and the included breakfast was nice, mosly sweet breakfast but nice.
The metro station is very very close

Cons:

On the bed for two we were met with 3 cushions. 2 smaller ones and mone huge long one. The two smaller ones didnt have pillow cases so we didn't want to sleep on them snd the big long pillow had pillowcase but it was very unusual for two people to sleep on the same pillow. I have never seen that before and i didn't really like it. It is probably not a bug deal for a lot of people but i put it here because thats the only downside that i can think of.

O que gostei mais no alojamento foi a cama, muito confortável e a nível de transporte ter o metro ao lado que deu muito jeito, bastante acessível.
