Pros:

Very clean, comfy beds. Highly cooperative staff, specially the guy named Haroon.

Cons:

The location is a little far from the city center, but Riyad is the capital and too big a city. So eventually it doesn't matter where you are staying, you have to travel far distances.

Pros:

It’s good value for money. Very courteous staff. Nice clean rooms. Rooms as shown in pictures. You know exactly what you get.

Cons:

They didn’t have towels in the rooms and were made available as soon as we asked.
A very strong air freshener is used which can be an overkill
