Pros:

We had a wonderful time at this property. The check-in was fantastic—the staff were incredibly nice, and we were welcomed with a lovely selection of gifts, which was a beautiful touch!

The property itself has great amenities, including a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of indoor games to keep everyone entertained. Parking was incredibly easy with lots of spaces available. On top of that, the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Everything was good from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Pros:

I am unable to provide feedback on the condition of the bathroom switch. The room size is quite small, and the price of 3000 appears to be excessive for the accommodations provided. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connectivity was consistently poor, resulting in a two-day period without internet access.

Cons:

The swimming pool experience was unsatisfactory due to excessive chlorine levels, which caused discomfort for my three-year-old child. Additionally, the 10 PM closing time for the pool is inconvenient. Furthermore, a member of your staff exhibited unprofessional behavior by suggesting I seek alternative accommodations if I was dissatisfied.

Pros:

The indoor games were awesome, and we really enjoyed them a lot.

Cons:

The swimming pool was good and well maintained. However, the chlorine level seemed to be quite high, and we experienced some irritation in our skin and eyes after using it.

Other than that, everything was great. This was the only drawback we noticed at the resort.
