NEUTRA por el tema de la terraza

La ubicación y el precio; básicamente por eso fue mi elección.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue el manejo de la terraza/área social. Aunque funciona como espacio para sentarse y convivir, la cierran relativamente temprano (aprox. 9:30 p. m.) y es prácticamente la única zona común disponible por la noche.
Durante el cierre, el personal nos indicó que debíamos retirarnos y el proceso se sintió algo apresurado (apagando/encendiendo luces y con ruido de llaves), lo cual puede resultar incómodo si uno desea quedarse un rato conversando o disfrutando la vista. Esa noche incluso una familia numerosa acababa de llegar a sentarse y también tuvo que retirarse.
Entiendo que por el precio no incluyan desayuno, pero sugeriría que esta política se informe con claridad al momento de reservar. También sería útil aclarar con anticipación el tema de no permitir alimentos externos (según un cartel), para que el huésped pueda organizarse (por ejemplo, comprar agua o bebidas antes del cierre).

El cuarto está muy sencilla, no hay escritorio, ni donde colgar la ropa de manera adecuada. Por el precio para dos personas hay otras opciones con mejor relación calidad/precio.
