Pros:

The ressort is located at the beatiful beach side. Our balconies had sea view and were really comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The reception staff and cleaners were helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The pool looked very nice, but i think it contained too much chemicals, my daughter got itchy skin and afrer the first day, moreover we saw quite some insects in the water. We did not like the food in the restaurant, fortunately we only booked with breakfast.

Séjour en famille exceptionnel, cadre magnifique et personnel aux petits soins.
Pros:

J’ai séjourné au Kombo Beach Hotel en Gambie avec mon mari et mes filles, et nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour.

Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, très apaisant, parfait pour se détendre en famille. L’hôtel est bien entretenu et offre une atmosphère agréable dès l’arrivée.

La nourriture était excellente, variée et de bonne qualité tout au long du séjour. Un vrai plaisir au quotidien.

Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est le personnel : toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, chaleureuse, attentionnée et toujours disponible. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille ou en couple. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Poor coordination, Poor management, Poor customer service, no attention to details. We planned this trip for months and yet, it was a total disaster upon arrival as well as during our stay. A group of 76 persons booked about 35 rooms well in advance on their site and upon arrival, they either didn't get the room of their choice or no room at all. The welcome was nothing close to the Gambian hospitality expected.

Virkelig fantastisk personale og skønt hotel
Pros:

Fantastisk personale, stor og varieret morgenmadsbuffet.
Rigtig god mad i den lille restaurant ved poolen .
Rene værelser, godt fitnesscenter, god yogainstruktør. Lille område med enkelte restauranter og små butikker lige ved siden af hotellet.
Rigtig god strand lige foran.
Taxaservice lige udenfor hotellet.

Cons:

Padelbanernes underlag er meget ujævnt og næsten umuligt at spille på. Ingen håndsæbe ved håndvasken på værelset, man skulle ind i brusenichen for at få sæbe

I loved the breakfast it had plenty many options and the live band and aesthetics is extraordinary. I've been there three times now and I'll definitely stay there again.

Cons:

It was quite windy and i wasn't expected that, but this is natural not in the hotel control.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig land!
Pros:

Het hotel heeft mooie grote kamers met een heerlijk bed. We keken uit op de zee en het glijbanenpark.
Het restaurant heeft voor elk wat wils, met al hoogtepunten het diner op vrijdag en de lunch op zondagmiddag. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk.

Cons:

Voor Afrikaanse begrippen is dit echt een prachtig hotel. Vergelijk dit hotel niet met een ander viersterren hotel in een ander land, dat is niet eerlijk.
