Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig land!
Pros:

Het hotel heeft mooie grote kamers met een heerlijk bed. We keken uit op de zee en het glijbanenpark.
Het restaurant heeft voor elk wat wils, met al hoogtepunten het diner op vrijdag en de lunch op zondagmiddag. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk.

Cons:

Voor Afrikaanse begrippen is dit echt een prachtig hotel. Vergelijk dit hotel niet met een ander viersterren hotel in een ander land, dat is niet eerlijk.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner face a la mer, pancakes et crêpes très bonnes. Œuf aux plats ou omelettes. Barbecue le We. Personnels très serviables et souriants. 3 piscines avec toboggan idéal pour les familles. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Certains plats n’étaient pas assez chaud. Pas suffisamment de choix au buffet du soir.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay there as a couple. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Young couples are definitely welcomed, and it’s a nice place to relax together. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

I enjoyed my stay and I hope to come back again.
Pros:

The room, pool, gym, and padel court, as well as the garden, were very beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

There were many people in the restaurant, but nevertheless this is not the hotel’s fault since everyone pays for that. I just didn’t like it because I like privacy.

Terrible Start to Our Family Christmas Holiday – Not 4-Star Standard
We arrived yesterday with our family (2 adults, 2 children) to spend our Christmas holidays at this hotel. This trip was planned for months, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
One week before arrival, we reconfirmed our booking for a family room with beach view, which the hotel confirmed. Three days later, we were informed about overbooking and received alternative offers to calm the situation. Upon arrival, it became clear that the problem was never properly solved.
The room we received is not what we booked and absolutely not what you expect from a so-called 4-star hotel:
The room is old, worn, and poorly maintained
The bathroom is in bad condition, and there was no hot water, leaving our children cold after showering
No television, although this was part of the booking
No hairdryer, despite being included
Bed sheets are too small and insufficient, causing our children to be cold during the night
Closets are dirty and far too small for a family of four
During dinner on our first evening, we were given a table that was already used and dirty, which was shocking and unacceptable.
We also booked a room with WiFi, but the WiFi does not work.
Outside the hotel area, we experienced constant harassment from locals, which made us feel unsafe as a family. This is not the relaxing and safe holiday environment we expected.
This is supposed to be a joyful Christmas family holiday, but instead it has been stressful and frustrating from day one. The hotel management has so far failed to provide a proper solution.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. We are extremely disappointed and regret our choice.

I booked for a premier too ocean view in May and a week before leaving I was told they had overbooked and offered me a nearby sister hotel. I insisted that for health reasons I needed to be on the complex. On my arrival they took me to the oasis hotel. It was awful. Then I was taken to the apartments across from tje Kombo to what appeared to be marginally better. It was not! It was not clean, crawling with ants I had to ask for any spray, the to never got cleaned in 6 days, bins never emptied and so because of the ants had to place the bin outside the room. I was told there would be water in the room and inspite of telling them this I never got water. The view appeared to be a forest/swamp. The accommodation ruined the experience and I won't most certainly never book there again for fear of the same. We were attending a weeding on 29th and this problem happened to many of us and there will no doubt be numerous requests for a refund. I would not recommend this resort at all. A meeting was held with the manager and he refused to see the rooms when asked. Customer service was overall horrendous.
