Séjour globalement agréable, personnel au top.
Pros:

Personnel au top, souriant et efficace.

Cons:

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, cependant il y avait un courant d’air dans la chambre. En période hivernale, avec des températures négatives, cela rend la pièce moins confortable.

Great location and lovely laid back atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff and the overall ambience and the decor. The breakfast was a nice start to the day!

Cons:

The bedroom was a little tired but the bathroom was great. The beds were really comfy that was all that mattered, we were out the whole time!

Ideal location
Pros:

The location is perfect! Breakfast buffet is good too, and staff were amazing, professional and helpful. It’s a good place to stay for a weekend to explore the city.

Cons:

The room we first stayed in had faulty heating, and was very noisy because of renovation work in the street. We barely slept the first night, however the hotel agreed to change our room. The second room, while a bit tiny, was comfortable with a large bathroom.

Small room, tiny shower room, no storage for a week of clothes but great bed linen and towels.

Chambre ridiculement petite pour un cinq étoiles c’est se moquer du monde
La première chambre allouée avait une fenêtre ridiculement petite sur une courette sombre… pour changer j’ai du payer 50$ !
Les cocktails au bar sont à 25 $ !
Du grand n’importe quoi !
