Pros:

The Hotel is incredible, right at the exit and entrance to the Subway, which makes it very easy to navigate to anywhere in Manhattan.
The team at the desk and the bellbots are very kind, and attentive, we just felt like home from the first minute.
Dpecisl thanks to Tamar, who assisted us , and was so great to meet someone who also speaks our language 😉
Thank you for a lovely stay! We will definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends in Israel.

Goede bedden! We wisten dat het queensiae was, dus we wisten dat ze niet groot gingen zijn, maar wel goede kwaliteit

Ontbijt was beperkt
Wat er lag was goed van kwaliteit, maar weinig keuze en niet altijd aangevuld
Voor 5* verwacht je meer, maar we kunnen niet vergelijken want was eerste keer in New York

Vendono una camera minuscola per quattro persone, armadio piccolissimo, zero spazio per le valigie. La colazione era inclusa solo per 2 persone e bisognava attendere per sedersi.

Sono rimasto deluso dlla camera, piccola eravamo in 4 , 2 adult e 2 bambini , la prima camera neanche entravano le valigie poi per fortuina ci hamnno spostato e nella seconda siamo riusciti a sopravvire 8 giorni facendo i tuni per aprire le valigie con i cambi e le valigie ( immaginate con i bamini quanti cambi) accatastate l'una sopra l'altra. In fa se di prenotazione avevo anche scritto una junior suite insomma una camera larga, che ho visto avevano ma ... sarà un concorso di colpa tra il pessimo servizio ormai che fornisce BOOKINìG e l'ìHotel
I was disappointed with the room, it was small, there were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. The first room didn't even fit our suitcases, then luckily they moved us and in the second we managed to survive 8 days doing the tucks to open the suitcases with the changes and the suitcases (imagine how many changes with children) piled on top of each other. When I booked I had also written a junior suite, basically a large room, which I saw they had but... it must be a joint fault between the terrible service that BOOKING provides and the hotel.

Super Lage. Frühstück für USA auch gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sind sehr bemüht das man sich wohl fühlt. Auch ist es gut Schall isoliert so das man von draußen nicht hört. Jeder Zeit wieder,

Zimmer sehr klein und nur 1 kleiner Schrank aber wir haben ja nur dort geschlafen. So haben wir halt aus dem Koffer gelebt.
