Cons:

la descrizione su Booking non rispettava le condizioni della camera. Non ci siamo lamentati con chi ci ha accolto perché era solo un appoggio per una notte, ma non ci ritornerò. Se il prezzo dovrebbe giustificare le pessime condizioni di pulizia basta scriverlo. Mi dispiace perché chi ci ha accolto era un ragazzo socievole e gentile. Nota positiva la possibilità di parcheggiare al coperto.

Very fine location
Pros:

Very nice hosts, everything fine and the coffee is really great. The room is big, has a private entrance and you can sit on your own terace which is located in the backside lane. Very quiet and peaceful. The owner runs also a small restaurant for house guests.

The property is clean, comfortable and in a nice spot in Cattolica. The staff is super nice, they are extremely available and kind. Definitely recommended!

Nice stay, staff is kind, may be too much or may be it’s just to have a good rating! Either way they won as far as Iam c
Pros:

Nice staff, location makes beach accessible within 15min by walking… Price was engaging

Cons:

A small wit to charge extra for the AC, (didn’t work) that was low… but the staff made up for it by providing a nice service: breakfast, cleaning, Ironing

The room are different from the photo, but I ended up with a very big one: clean and cosy enough to make up for how old it could be perceived.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. Delicious breakfast that were richer than traditional Italian breakfast. The location is quite good, not too far from the beach.

Pros:

i was here on a business trip, the food is good but the desert was better,friendly staff, they speak english and italian, everyone is very friendly they will help you with anything you want, great hotel good ambiance.
9/10 would recommend.

Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had a small balcony. The shower and toilet area was a good size and had plenty towels and shower gel/hand wash. The lock on the toilet was on the wrong side! It locked from the bedroom - not the toilet! Breakfasts were good. Buffet style with loads of choice.
