The hotel was easy to find.
The renovations done were cheap, the restaurant wasn't at all available, there were NO amenities in the room or otherwise and the staff was minimal.VERY unsatisfactory stay.

Well, don't get me started.....horrible, horrible experience. We went to Coronation for a family reunion and thought because they had renovated the hotel it would be good, it was not. Poor, poor service. No coffee or tea offered, beds were on rollers, horrible uncomfortable. Very little englidh spoken.......do NOT stay here.

Sheets were stained, curtain rod broken, bathtub streaked, hair on toilet seat and bathroom floor
Location, & Staff
Bait and switch, reserved on Booking.com got to hotel asked if I wanted renovated room for $20 additional charge. No signage to identify the hotel, front looked as boarded up with plywood. Parking lot was littered give the appearance hotel was vacant.
Rooms are newly renovated (visually) not functionally nor Structural
Structural is a mess, walls are cracked, very poor tiling job
-Heat does not work. we need to run a space heater
-No coffee maker in the room nor at the lobby need to PAY for the coffee at the restaurant! At $150/night I expected at least a free cup
-Wrong advertisment on booking.com breakfast is NOT included
-No microwave in room
-Very small fridge
-Very very small TV
-No live channel
-Very dissapointed for $150/night in a renovated room
-If I had to put a price on it I would say it's more of a $60/night value in the renovated rooms.
The location was good due to proximity of the wedding ceremony and reception. The main floor looked like it had been recently renovated. Staff was helpful finding an extension cord so we could get ready for the wedding in the washroom.
First impression of outside was not good. Building looked quite run down. We were unable to check in until after the wedding ceremony which made it difficult to get ready. Our room as well as my sister's room (both on the second floor) were really smelly and dirty (multiple stains) on floors and walls. No screens on the windows and there were flies in the rooms. Strong smell of stale cigarette smoke.

We checked in to a room that looked like someone peed on the wall. There was a drill bit lating on one bed that was broken on one corner. We were given another room that was 'cleaner' but had water damage and stains in yhe bathroom from above .
Everything. The price we were charged didnt reflect the outside sign advertised price (ovr 3x the sign price). We were told booking.com set the price and there was nothing they could do. And when we returned after we were out for the day they had taken down the advertised price from their sign.
