Comfortable well located hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Comfortable hotel close to the ferry terminal. Good restaurants close by. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

Cons:

The room towels should be updated. Towel size was good but the towels were old and gray looking.

Felt like I was on a resort minus the beach
Pros:

Walking distance from downtown Cozumel and close to the airport.

Modern, clean and the staff was wonderful.

Fabulous
Pros:

Really great stay we loved it here. Beautiful amenities and the staff are very warm and helpful. We would 100% stay here again. Included drinking water fountains was so helpful.

Cons:

Small issue was that the tile floors felt a bit sticky? Unsure why, could be cleaning product used as cleaning otherwise was superb. Also an electric kettle in the room would be very helpful.

Great downtown hotel
Pros:

Nice to be in town for part of our stay. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Walk to ferry. Nice and new. Also the manager was very kind to help when a booking error had us in the wrong date. He went out of his way to credit my card and get our room when we needed it during a very busy peak period for them.

Cons:

No one was able to help us get in our room after 10pm when we misplaced a key. Fortunately we found it but be aware unstaffed after 10pm except for security.

Hotel was great but was disappointed with Cozumel beach policy
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, courteous and all round interested in you as the guest.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, good quality. The shower was excellent and so too was the smell of the soaps, shower gels, shampoo and moisturiser provided.

Cons:

No negatives but suggested improvements for property:
- Safe was too small for iPad
- hand towel in bathroom
- alert guests to the fact that if they want to go to the beach, paid access to a beach club is required (20 USD San Francisco Beach Club was cheapest + taxi required 300 pesos in each direction)

Hotel bien ubicado y cómodo
Pros:

Está bien ubicado. Las camas muy cómodas y se puede descansar bien. No hay mucho ruido.

Cons:

El desayuno no está incluido por lo que pagamos el paquete que tienen de desayuno, pero no era muy bueno. La fruta estaba pasada.

beautiful facility and staff was exceptional :) Spotless, huge room with very comfortable bed! We LOVED it!

we had literally the only room in the place with NO view; well a view of a cement wall
