Schoon, goed hotel
Pros:

Schoon hotel, ruime kamer, perfect om te combineren met overdag duiken. Fijn uitzicht, leuk balkonnetje. Goede ligging bij centrum en boot en toch rustig.In Cozumel een meer relaxte sfeer dan in Playa.

Cons:

Geen ontbijt maar voor ons ook niet nodig omdat we vroeg gingen duiken. Verwacht geen bepaalde sfeer/ charme. Het is gewoon een prettig hotel met prima service.

It’s a family owned boutique Hotel and the staff has a sincere, genuine authentic desire to serve. They are consistent, exceptional and exceed expectations with their kindness.

De lokatie, de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel en de kamers waren mooi ruim en schoon

L'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre est très bien et la literie est bonne et le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner comme dans un hôtel classique. Il se prend et se règle au snack de la piscine, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de pain ou de viennoiseries, quasiment que du salé mais c'est juste un détail qui ne gâche en rien le séjour.

Hotel bem localizado com quarto espaçoso e limpo
Pros:

O quarto era mesmo muito espaçoso, com vista para o mar. Limpo e com serviço de limpeza diário. A casa-de-banho era grande e equipada (com secador de cabelo).
O hotel é moderno e fica na zona central da ilha, a 5 minutos da praça central e próximo de tudo.

Cons:

A pressão da água do duche podia ser melhor, mas era aceitável.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel in a great location with amazing staff. It's very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and duvet are cozy. Great views of the ocean. The on site restaurant has very good food. Vanessa and Nelva are the best!

Cons:

The pool could be warmer during the cooler months. We have stayed 2 times. Once in Jan and once in February. The pool was too cool to swim. It is actually colder than the ocean.
