Pros:

First time in Shanghai, the best experience since the first step I walked in, Jerry is the best staff I ever met, not only him but all of themare ready to service.
Also, Olivia, the person I talked via email, very helpful organizing all requests for me. Really really appreciate.

Very nice stay in Shanghai
Pros:

Our hotel room was lovely, at night there was a great view of the city to enjoy from the bathtub! The staff were extremely helpful, several spoke very good English which made things easier. They organised a car to take us to the airport for 200RMB which was reasonable value. Buffet style breakfast had a very good variety of options, both Chinese and Western, hot and cold, and coffee is made fresh by the staff. The fitness suite was a basic but very nice and functional space with several treadmills, fitness bikes and stair master, as well as dumbells and several weight machines. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walk away and the Bund also takes about 15 minutes to walk to. We had a great stay here!

Cons:

The area immediately surrounding the hotel is not the best as much of it is under construction and feels a bit industrial - this can't be helped but is worth knowing that the surroundings are not particularly pretty.

Beautiful hotel. Large clean stylish rooms. Definitely worth staying at.
Pros:

Beautiful building location close to the bund etc but not central with not many restaurants in walking distance but nice the shop next door is completed that box will be ticked.

Pros:

La camera spaziosa, molto bene arredata, silenziosa con un grande bagno separato con vasca e vista sullo skyline di Shanghai; La colazione un buffet con tanta scelta e ottime pietanze. La posizione non troppo lontana dal centro in una parte ancora piena di testimonianze della vecchia città ormai quasi del tutto scomparsa.

Staff at door brilliant. Restaurant Brilliant but check in staff could be more friendly. They were formal which I suppose is in keeping with the hotel style. However I cant fault anything else.

Spacious and very elegant room. Very nice in this price. The breakfast was also good with various options. The housekeeping lady who cleaned the 15th floor was very kind and the room making was great! Thank you to her.

Cons:

Access to the central city or the tourists spots are not the best. No restaurants nearby but only KFC.

Pros:

Huge room with fabulous interior setup. Bed was really comfortable too. Walkable to North Bund area and a couple of metro stations. Breakfast was good too with made to order coffee, batista style.

Cons:

Not exactly near to shopping or eateries, but not a big a deal if you don't mind a quick walk to the nearby Sichuan North metro station.

Tolles Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben
Pros:

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll! Riesiges Bett, freistehende Badewanne, LuxusWC.

Cons:

nichts zu bemängeln.Zur Lage: wir sind immer zu Fuß zum Bund gelaufen- das ist aber vermutlich nicht jedermanns Sache!
