Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und seitlichen Ausblick auf den Bund. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zum Bund kann man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten laufen.
Für den Abflugtag haben wir den hoteleigenen Shuttle zum Flughafen in Anspruch genommen, was sehr komfortabel war.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Shanghai. A special thank you to Jerry from the concierge team, who was an exceptional host throughout our visit. He took great care of both my boyfriend and me, ensuring that all our needs were met. Jerry was incredibly thorough, attentive, and charismatic, which made our stay completely stress-free.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options, especially Chinese dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a full day of exploring the city.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Jerry and the Sofitel team, for your warm hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Shanghai North Bund. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. A special thank you to the reception team for allowing us to check in early and for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
We would also like to commend Jerry from the concierge team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a smile and great attention to detail. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room clean, comfortable, and well-maintained every day.
We also loved the hotel’s cute robot delivery service — it was such a fun and unique touch that made the experience even more memorable and added to the hotel’s modern feel.

The staff at the property were very helpful and certain people went above and beyond. Special note was Jerry the concierge manager. He really helped us and provided excellent service.

The service is exceptional as normal. Especially Jerry the concierge. Helped me to sort out a taxi situation when I arrived from the airport who was trying to charge double the rate.

Great location. Excellent service. Wonderful atmosphere. Jerry the concierge will arrange everything we need and make sure if happens. Above and beyond expectations.

酒店整體環境讓人感到很舒適，睡了兩晚感覺，邊邊角角痕乾淨、床也很舒服，早餐的品類也很多。

最令人感到滿意的是酒店禮賓部的Jerry，很積極為我們介紹了很多餐廳也關心我們作為遊客有否遇到困難。最後還幫我們安排了舒適的車前往浦東機場。

The service is very friendly. The staff are amazing. His name is Jerry, best service.

Un hotel increible, nos encantó todo: la comodidad de las habitacions, el buffet, la limpieza, el servicio y el personal son excelentes, a destacar Jerry en la entrada que nos ayudó muchísimo a conseguir el transfer hasta el aeropuerto para irnos. Si volvemos a Shanghai repetimos seguro!

Was a bit unhappy on the extra charge paid for the private club lounge facilty even though it was not provided as the hotel was having some renovation on the club. We were told to use the lobby. Which was not private. The hotel should not sell or charge extraon the room with private club .

The breakfast has good variety， even has a Barista to make your coffee. a 15 minutes walk to North Bun.
