The breakfast has good variety， even has a Barista to make your coffee. a 15 minutes walk to North Bun.
Construction going on next to the hotel, metro is a bit far.
Very clean and the staff were nice.
It was a little noisy in the morning outside our room.

Hotel staff are not very good in english . They need to refer to another staff that can understand english.
One chinese hotel manager speaks good english. He was helpful
Chk in took too long cos of the extra bed cost was not recorded as per agreed email lower fee. Finally, they sorted it as the 1st staff was not good in english and did not understood well to know the issue.
The stay far exceeded our expectations. It was one of the few places during our stay in China where the concierge spoke perfect English and helped us with everything, including ordering food from a food delivery app late one night. The staff was extremely polite right from check in to check out and the stay was simply fabulous.

We booked 3 rooms for our family & stayed 4 nights, and overall we really loved the experience. The interiors are beautifully designed, and the room sizes are massive, which made a big difference for a family stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, with a special mention to Jerry, who really stood out. The Concierge also spoke great English and had a fun, bubbly personality that made everything easy and enjoyable.
The only downside, and unfortunately a significant one, was the air-conditioning in all 3 rooms. The temperature consistently sat between 23–25°, which was very uncomfortable for us, especially at night when trying to sleep. We were hoping for a cooler setting around 19°, but it didn’t seem possible to adjust it. Interestingly, the common areas of the hotel were well air-conditioned, so it felt like the issue was isolated to the rooms.
We understand the hotel may be following an energy-saving or eco-friendly approach, but it did impact our comfort quite a bit. While we genuinely loved the hotel, this is something they need to address, as it would be the main reason we wouldn’t return.
Exceptional from the very first step. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us in organising transport back to the airport after checkout. We arrived early, and they kindly held our bags until we were able to check in. The facilities were very clean, and the lobby and seating area were spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the only downsides were that the room was slightly smaller than expected, and the WiFi was quite poor.
Great staff, free water bottles! And Jerry was great at the concierge. Also there is a Robot who delivers your food!
