Pros:

Exceptional from the very first step. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us in organising transport back to the airport after checkout. We arrived early, and they kindly held our bags until we were able to check in. The facilities were very clean, and the lobby and seating area were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the only downsides were that the room was slightly smaller than expected, and the WiFi was quite poor.

An excellent stay experience with impeccable service, outstanding cleanliness, comfort, and great attention to detail –
Pros:

Fantastic cleanliness and service at every level. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were comfortable and very well maintained, with a particularly spacious bathroom divided into three separate areas, which made the stay even more convenient.

The view was wonderful, while the modern automation features for curtains, heating, and lighting added an extra touch of comfort and luxury.

Special thanks to Jerry and Elwyn, who spoke fluent English and assisted us with everything we needed. They arranged a spacious taxi van to the airport at a very reasonable price and guided us perfectly throughout our entire stay.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.
