Pathetic experience

I booked a hotel room through your site, but I never expected to have such an awful experience. When I arrived at the hotel following the directions provided, the man at the reception raised his hand and denied me entry without even listening to me. I didn’t get the chance to enter the hotel. It was only after I mentioned my booking that he let me in and showed me a room on the terrace, which was completely inadequate. The washroom was outside the room, near another room, and it seemed to be a common washroom for both spaces, with hardly enough room to stand.

I was then instructed to walk another kilometer to their other property. I finally arrived there at 11:15 PM. When I inquired about breakfast, the staff appeared surprised that I asked. They informed me that breakfast at this hotel costs significantly more than what I had paid during the booking. After several requests, they finally arranged for breakfast from outside.

Additionally, I had clearly mentioned my request for a GST bill when booking, but I never received one because they claimed I hadn't provided the information properly. I have never had such a terrible experience before, and I will not be booking a hotel through your website or app again.

Overall the stay was good , staffs are more friendly and supportive. Location is good.
Pros:

Breakfast option not availed, but you have options nearby. 300mtrs from Palace and chamundi hills. Manager is very friendly , provided milk and coffee powder to prepare cofee as it was late night

Cons:

I noticed some hairs on the bed spread, my guess is that would be an used bedsheet.
I sayed in quatrapled room. Though the room size is good enough for 4 people, AC is not sufficient near the bunk bed where children sleep. Very small amount of mosquitoes were seen,as i noticed the window was kept open. I was provided with allout, that served the purpose. While they have card swipe Machine but it didn't work, they ensure you pay by UPI or cash.

Great Stay at affordable pricing
Pros:

The rooms are totally comfortable. Very large rooms that can accomodate a family very easily.
We took a room with one large bed& 2 bunk beds.
Hot water was readily available.
Ac was working perfectly.
The best part is most of the attractions are just nearby which can be accessed easily via Uber.l:;especially the zoo that's just at a walking distance.

Cons:

No toiletries(soaps, shampoo, brush paste etc) or drinking water is provided. After requesting the staff provided 2 soaps. My humble suggestion would be that you keep atleast basic toiletries(1brush & paste+2soap)in every room prior to check-in & shaving kit can be provided on demand. All these would cost you only less than 30 bucks.
