Pros:

Maison très propre et agréable, joliment décorée et bien située (à 5 mins d'un arrêt de bus vous conduisant en plein centre).
Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine.
Le quartier est calme.
Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Mario, le propriétaire est toujours resté très disponible et je le remercie !

Pros:

ロケーションはFishersgateとSouthwick駅の中間くらいなので、我々は主に46番バスの起点・終点でもあるSouthwickへ出ました。きれいで広い公園、広場を12-13分ほど歩いてすぐです。Coop, Waitrose,Pub....などがあって無人駅のFishersgate周辺よりずーっと便利です。
ホストのマリオは本当にフレンドリーで誠実です。ほぼ毎日のように備品の交換等で来てくれます。施設は他の方も書いておられるように、床、壁、共同利用の水周り,全てとにかく清潔で綺麗のひと言に尽きます。土足厳禁なのも頷けます。確かにキッチンは広くはないですが、重ならないよう時間を工夫して使用すればいいのです。1F奥に洗濯機があって使えるのが助かりました。そこのキッチンエリア（調整中で滞在中使用不可）も併せて使用出来るようになれば完璧だと感じました。来年もまた来るつもりですのでぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。Mario&Samantha, 素晴らしい滞在をありがとうございました😊

殆ど無いです。洗濯機の乾燥機がこわれていて滞在中使えなかったのが残念なくらいです。次回は使えますように!

Un séjour agréable dans un quartier typiquement anglais.

Une chambre agréable proche de la mer dans une impasse tranquille

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas réalisé que nous partagerions une chambre dans une maison avec d’autre personnes dans les autres chambre. Se qui diffère d’un hôtel ou quand tu est dans ta chambre tu a se sentiment d’être seul. Dans les chambres de cette maison tu entant quand une personne tousse, se rase ou cuisine au rez de chaussée. Cela n’a pas gâché notre voyage car nous étions là simplement pour dormir et nous doucher

Disappointing I booked a private kitchen and it was shared I would not have booked if I knew this.

I booked a place with a private kitchen and it was shared - in fact feel I should have a partial refund as room was not what I booked and my engineer refused to stay there.

Pros:

Le lit était confortable. propreté des lieux.

Cons:

Équipements fonctionnaient plus ou moins bien. Trop chaud, aucune clim. Ventilateur ne fonctionnent pas dans la cuisine et Insuffisant dans la chambre. Cuisine et salle a manger trop petits pour accommoder plusieurs tourists.

Not worth it, only stayed one of the nights.

The property was very clean and the instructions to get in were very clear.

Cons:

Several things sadly.
I requested a double bed and got 2 singles. The room description also said it was a double bed. As a man of a larger frame, this was severely uncomfortable. I didn’t even stay the second night and opted for a different property.
It was incredibly warm in the room with no fan or air con. I had to open the two small windows and was then later awoken, at midnight, by loud talking and banging on the window from a French couple staying in the property that didn’t know how to get in (past the quiet times).
The shared bathroom was tiny, and the pipe into the shower head broken. I spent more time trying to stop the room flooding than I did showering.
Parking was non existent and I had to park 5 minutes away.

If I travel to Bristol again will chose this hotel without any hesitation.
Pros:

Clean Room, Cosy Bed, Fast Wifi, Great Location (near the sea, national express 14 mins away) & most importantly the bathroom is spotless and the kitchen has everything you need from coffee, tea to spoon & bowls. Great value for money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bristol during their visit :)

Small journey, big satisfaction.
Pros:

Nice place, nice location, clean, tidy and safe.
The bed was big and the mattress very comfortable (normal to hard)Nothing important to change my mood.
Mario is an excellent person that is always next to you for everything you need or ask.
