Superbe hôtel, juste attention aux oiseaux en terrasse
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, même si nous n’y avons séjourné que deux nuits. Le personnel était accueillant et agréable, et les piscines sont un vrai atout de l’établissement. Elles sont très belles, même si nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de toutes les tester. Un endroit très agréable pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. Et la literie est très agréable

Cons:

Le seul petit désagrément rencontré pendant notre séjour concerne le petit-déjeuner pris sur la terrasse face à la plage. Le cadre est agreable, mais la présence des oiseaux dans les arbres peut parfois être compliquée : l’un d’eux est venu prendre une partie du petit-déjeuner dans une assiette et un autre a fait ses besoins dans un verre.

Nous avons demandé à changer le verre, mais nous avons eu l’impression qu’il avait simplement été nettoyé rapidement plutôt que remplacé, car il restait encore des traces sur le bord, on a donc été obligé de rappeler le serveur une fois de plus a part ce petit incident, notre expérience dans l’hôtel a été très agréable.

Prachtig verblijf in de oude stad

Heerlijke zwembaden. Fantastisch ontbijt. Goede locatie.

Cons:

We namen een taxi van 20$ naar de airport. Dit bleek echter een mega warme en karige auto te zijn, terwijl er voor het hotel constant taxi chauffeurs met chique auto’s stonden te roepen dat het voor 10$ kon. Beetje raar.

Very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great shower, hot water, good pressure. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Pingpong table to play downstairs was a plus.

Cons:

Room a little dated and outlets were tricky to charge phone. But that is truly minor.

Perfect family stay
Pros:

Spacious clean and comfortable accommodation. We spent 2 nights in Freddie Mercury Apartments and one night on Tembo Palace Hotel which are both part of Tembo House Hotel. We stayed in the family rooms which were spacious and ideal for our family of four.

There are three pools including 2 rooftop infinity pools and there is also a pool at Tembo Palace Hotel. The main hotel is a beach front hotel so you can enjoy the sea views whilst eating.

Delicious food and friendly helpful staff and the location was ideal. I wouldn’t highly recommend any of the Tembo House Hotels.

Nothing like you expect . We thought we were staying at the place that was pictured . Very disappointed

Pools where lovely and clean

Cons:

Bathroom smelled like sewage. Room was Nothing like photo’s . As we were a block away from the original hotel it was quite confronting to walk in the middle of the night to the accommodation. The alley you have to walk up has numerous men sitting on the side and smells like cat urine . When I told staff I paid for a superior twin room - I was told my accomodation was what I paid for. Room should have had a fire place and huge bathroom and definitely wasn’t ! No lifts at all.
