Pros:

How accommodating the staff was when I said during check in that my parents were older and gave me a different room to suit their needs. Also, I paid a small fee to check out late. I’ve stayed here before and I am sure will do it again.

Nice hotel in a great location but make sure you are in the main hotel not the ancillary buidling
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and main hotel was in a nice spot on the beach with access to all of stonetown. Staff was very helpful. Pools were numerous and nice. public seating was very nice in the main hotel

Cons:

The main hotel was on the beach, but our rooms were in a second building that was accross the street, then down an alley and to the left. We did not book ocean view rooms but expected to be in a building fronting the beach with pools with beach views. This meant any time we wanted to go to breakfast, a view pool or the beach, we had to go throught he alley and a run a gauntlet of hawkers Beach was very nice but many boats parked there and went in and out and you had to be careful when swimming .

Albergo top in centro!
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, staff eccellente, colazione davvero buona, posizione perfetta per visitare Stone Town. Stanza immensa, con acqua, thè e caffe. Bagno pulitissimo e anch'esso immenso.

Cons:

Non ho molto gradito il fatto di essere stato spostato dalla struttura principale a quella adiacente, raggiungibile a piedi superando un vicolo. Non sono però sicuro che la cosa, quando ho prenotato, non fosse definita. Questo, infatti, non incide, per correttezza, sul giudizio.

Pros:

The pool

Cons:

Concierge followed me into my room with shoes on and closed the door. As a female solo traveller, this made me extremely uncomfortable. After being harrassed by store owners, I wanted to feel safe in my hotel. My room was also located next to the stairwell, so I heard all guests arriving and departing throughout the night. I told reception about this and they said there was a large group staying. If thata true, put them in the rooms next to the stairs.
This property has the location as a positive and that is it.

La ubicación esta increíble!

Cons:

Ese hotel esta divido en dos. Temblo House y Palace donde me quede. Como llegue tarde no existe recepción en temblo Palace además esta super confuso eso, hay que ir en otro edificio para hacer el check in ( Temblo house).

Hôtel confortable en plein centre de Stone Town
Pros:

Nous avons passés quelques jours à 6 dans une chambre familiale du Tembo Palace Hotel qui était idéal en tous points. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très spacieuses et très propres. Le petit-déjeuner inclut était varié et très bon. Les différentes piscines de l’hôtel ainsi que le restaurants étaient idéals pour se reposer. La localisation de l’hôtel était également idéale, en bord de plage et en plein centre de Stone Town, permettant de facilement visiter la ville. Le personnel était également très agréable et très arrangeant suite à un problème rencontré avec le climatiseur. Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel!
