Pros:

The room is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Climb up to the stairs really tough after long day walk. Not suitable for elderly.

Purtroppo a causa di probabili problemi strutturali, nella casa persiste un odore di chiuso e umidita, che si riesce ad attenuare un po con il deumificatore e il condizionatore nella camera

Η τοποθεσία σε οικιστική περιοχή, περίπου 10 λεπτά από σταθμό τρένου, πολύ βολική για Shinjuku.

Cons:

Οι φωτογραφίες του Booking ξεγελούσαν ως προς το μέγεθος του δωματίου. Ήταν πολύ στενόχωρο.
Το τραπεζάκι για παράδειγμα εάν ΔΕΝ ήταν στρογγυλό, θα ήταν πολύ πιο λειτουργικός ο χώρος.
Παρ όλα αυτά, διέθετε όσα χρειαζόσουν (όχι όμως και καφέ ή τσάι όπως σε άλλα καταλύματα) .
Θα προσπερνούσα όλα τα παραπάνω εάν οι πετσέτες ήταν όπως έπρεπε: πρώτον ήταν μόνο μία πετσέτα μπάνιου για το κάθε άτομο κι αυτή καθόλου απορροφητική (μάλλον εντελώς συνθετική) και το χειρότερο κρατούσαν μυρωδιά από ιδρώτα προηγούμενου χρήστη.

Goede locatie met lieve eigenaar!
Pros:

Mega gunstige locatie, goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Alles wat je nodig had, was er. Zelfs een wasmachine. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Bij aankomst was de wc verstopt. Toen ik dat gemeld had stond er binnen no-time iemand voor de deur om het op te lossen.

It is spacious and the flower in the shelf is beautiful.

Cons:

The light above the bed is too low. Me and My friend both knocked it for several times. In addition, the bed didn't match the frame under it. You should be careful not step on it heavily.

A budget option nearby Shinjuku that tickes off most boxes
Pros:

Great location tucked away from the busy streets, and short walk to a metro stop. Communication was easy and got all my questions answered really quickly. The room had everything you need for a short stay including a kitchenette and a washing machine. I was also able to drop off my bags before check in.

Cons:

The place looked better in the photos. The windows were facing the back of another building. I’m highly sensitive to indoor mould and the place smelled mouldy. Not an issue if you are not mould sensitive. But if you are, then maybe not your first choice.

Pros:

The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the stay was spacious. I booked the room with the sofa bed, so it was really good value for my friend and me. The location is a 3–5 minute walk to the station, which was great. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as vending machines directly in front of the hostel/apartment. I highly recommend this place for travelers.

The host provided very clear check-in instructions and was quick to respond. (Note: It is a self-check-in property).

The bathroom was cute and they supplied soap and shampoo, though you should note that towels and other toiletries are not provided. The room also includes a kitchen with a microwave, water kettle, and utensils.

Overall it was like an apartment, so for me it's worth the price compared to a hotel. (spacious with more utilities)

Cons:

The property was on the second floor, which is not a problem for me, but there is no lift (so be in mind when booking) but it is not a steep stair so it was okay for me.

The place itself was quiet, which was nice, but it was difficult to find and the instructions were not very clear

The room was okay, but a bit too small for the price I paid and also quite far from the main tourist areas. Unfortunately, the room also did not have hot water.
