The Art of conquering Tashkent
Pros:

The breakfast is adequate and practical. The entire staff is very helpful. The location is very good, with easy walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The mysteries of the tourist tax left us mystified for a while. Perhaps the hotel should take more care to clarify its impact on our budgets. A couple of episodical losses of power and water were mildly irritating, but nothing to blame the hotel itself for.

Pros:

On the plus side, we arrived in the middle of the night and there was no problem checking in. The hotel was close to the coolest metro station. Clean.

Cons:

I was charged an additional fee of several dozen dollars, not included in the offer. It's absurd that they demand payment in US dollars instead of local currency. We specifically withdrew local currency at the airport to pay at the hotel, but the receptionist converted it to dollars at an unfavorable rate, costing us another few dollars. I won't stay there again. It was cheap, but they made up for the price on arrival. the air conditioning doesn't work.

Cons:

I was transferred to a cheaper hotel with terrible standard due to ”overbooking”. It all seemed like a standard procedure for the guy in the reception. I got the feeling the other hotel vad run by his friends and they would split the money. After two nights I was rescheduled for a trip so I tried to cancel the last two nights. Now it vas not possible and he would not give me any money bag because that hotel wasn’t booked at booking…
Terrible staff. Stay away from all Art hotels!

Non andate.
Pros:

Assolutamente nulla.

Cons:

Praticamente tutto. Non appena arrivati, ci hanno chiesto €10 in più al giorno a testa per una tassa di registrazione. Inoltre, abbiamo fatto il check in alle 12:30 ed hanno richiesto altre €10 per l’early check in. Struttura terribile.

Αξιόπιστη επιλογή. Εξαιρετική τιμή. Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.

Cons:

Ο χώρος του πρωινού είναι πολύ μικρός για να χωρέσει τόσο κόσμο αλλά αυτό είναι μια πολύ μικρή λεπτομέρεια σε ένα κατά τα άλλα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο.

Seyahatimden 1 ay önce rezervasyonumu yaptım ve check in saatimi bildirdim. 1 gün önceden tekrar mesaj attılar ve tekrar giriş saatimi söyledim. Giriş günü uçağın 4 saat rötar yaptığını öğrenince tekrar mesaj attım yeni saatimi bildirdim. Havaalanında tekrar yazmışlar bavul bekliyorum geleceğim dedim. Ve otele varınca sonuç, ELLERİNDE ODA YOKMUŞ!! başka birine odayı vermişler ve bize yeni oda vermeleri durumunda 80 dolar kayıt ücreti istediler. Düpedüz dolandırıcılık başka bişey değil varıştan 1 saat öncesine kadar sürekli iletişim halindeyken ne hikmetse odam başkasına verilmiş. Gece yarısı başka otel bulmak zorunda kaldık ve neyseki memnun kaldık. Bu rezervasyonu da sistemden iptal etmeye çalıştım başta kabul etmediler niye çünkü dolandırmalarına izin vermedim! Sonra booking müşteri hizmetleri sayesinde iptal edebildim. Müşteri hizmetleri yardımcı olmasaydı bide rezervasyonu iptal edemedim diye para ödeyecektim. Çeteleşmiiler resmen ve amaçları sadece dolandırıcılık.

Cons:

В этой гостинице побывать и не получилось. За день до заезда они написали что мою бронь они выставили на овербукинг, а я была с младенцем, хотя бронь оформила недели 3 до приезда. Позвонила уточнить информацию они подтвердили что место нет, и предложили другой вариант, я согласилась и сказала скинуть мне какую-либо информацию о гостинице чтобы посмотреть её, но ни какой информации я не получила. Если бы мы были без ребенка так это не разозлило бы.

Pros:

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Рядом со станцией метро. Есть собственный чистый бассейн. Мальчики на ресепшен очень внимательные. Распечатали нам посадочные талоны на самолет, каждый день выдавали воду в бутылках, старались решить все проблемы.

Номер чистый. Есть кондиционер, шустрый интернет (нам было важно для работы), одноразовые тапочки, полотенца, зубные щетки и всё необходимые моющие средства в ванной.

У нас был в стоимость включен завтрак. Нормальное количество продуктов: яичница, множество пирожков, нарезки сыра и колбасы, овощи, фрукты, йогурт, хлопья, морс, чай, кофе.

Cons:

Я забронировала для родственников. Они пожаловались на завтраки и чистоту в номере. Повар не успевала, мои гости сами мыли посуду за другими гостями чтобы получить чистую, и это в 8 утра.
Администратор попросил дополнительные деньги на туристический сбор, хотя в букинге итак было посчитано 20 $ за налоги. Говорил что во всем Узбекистане так, но дальше в двух отелях у нас ничего не спрашивали, еще и давали подтверждение регистрации, а в этом отеле даже регистрацию не дали.
Не хотели давать чек. Потом дали, но оказалось что чек они уже зарегистрирован на свой номер. Поясню, в Узбекистане возвращается налог , но и это они присвоили себе.
После праздников намерена уточнять у налоговой об их деятельности

I do not recommend it due to my personal experience with the room reservation and staff

Cons:

-they made us cancel out extra night reservation on booking due to ' but we have no free rooms',offered us a room at a nearby hotel they work with,but when it turns out we need room just till midnight put us back in their room and charged full day( thats ok,according thier regulations) but transation probably not listed in any records.Feel very bad after that situation
- rooms are not cleaned well after previouse quests
- no food at 9 ( breakfast availbale 7-10 in a form of a buffet).After complaint, nice lady made something especially for us,but she didn't restock the platters at the open buffet
- old,tattered towels
- our second room has no remote controle to airconditioning and smells from the kitchen
