Boven verwachting en uiterst comfortabel
Pros:

Ik kreeg bij mijn check-in spontaan een upgrade aangeboden (op een andere locatie) omdat de gereserveerde kamer gerenoveerd werd en “B-Chill hun gasten wel de kwaliteit willen bieden waar ze voor staan” aldus de dame bij de receptie. Topservice!

Cons:

Ik kan geen zaken noemen, alles wat net nieuw opgeleverd en in uitmuntende staat!

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden.
Pros:

Was mir gefallen hat: Die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage.

Cons:

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat: Ich habe extra für einen Balkon bezahlt, aber der Balkon war sehr klein und die Größe war auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Balkongröße in der Beschreibung klarer angegeben oder realistischer gezeigt würde.

When we came inside it was already a great looking hotel, the receptionist was super kind and friendly when we arrived, she explained everything great and clear and loved my stay here at be chill! Would totally recommend when you are in dusseldorf

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem

Cons:

Mit dem Auto hat man hier wirklich viel Stress: Es gibt kaum Parkmöglichkeiten, und selbst zum Be- und Entladen des Gepäcks gibt es keine geeignete Halte- oder Parkmöglichkeit. Das Personal spricht leider kein Deutsch und konnte uns nicht einmal erklären, wo man in der Nähe parken kann.

Außerdem war die Klimaanlage auf die niedrigste Temperaturstufe eingestellt (also auf die kälteste Einstellung) und ließ sich nicht verstellen.

Super! Würde ich auf alle Fälle wieder buchen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage ist top, Mitarbeiter freundlich, der Innenhof ist super und man kann abends draußen sitzen

Top Preis-Leistung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rheinturm und separatem Schlafzimmer - ideal für uns als Familie. Die Lage ist super zentral, in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der Kö. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
