I tried to reach out to your customer service multiple times and it was a pathetic experience.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

They charged me an extra 300 rupees, beyond the actual price. I had a similar experience when I stayed there 2 two weeks before. Now it's repeated. A staff member took money to his UPI account. As it was important for me to check in and move out for a meeting, I had to pay the sum. And he was extremely unprofessional and rude.
