Pros:

Me encantó el alojamiento, todo súper cómodo!
Habitaciones limpias y muy buen servicio.
El manager ha sido muy amable conmigo, su nombre es Ketut.

Very good I would stay again.
Pros:

Central location to every thing the big swing pool the staff where very kind the evening entertainment
Was goof the food at breakfast was good

Cons:

My room was small with no furniture and nowhere to hang your cloths .but for the price it was ok and very clean

Not recommended for families
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable enough for a family of 3.

Cons:

The hotel is right on the main road, so you could hear the traffic at night and with live entertainment every night from 6pm to 10pm this was very loud and inconvenient as the room was shaking from the sound.

Once that finished right across the road was another venue playing round music until 12:30am.

Not a place you want to stay if you are thinking of doing a dolphin boat tour at 5am in the morning.

We checked out a day early due to this inconvenience.

Super emplacement et personnel très gentil et serviable, dommage pour l’odeur de moisissure dans la chambre
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à proximité des restaurants et de la plage. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que le personnel qui a été au petit soin

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre simple, et il n’y avait pas de fenêtre ni de VMC… la chambre sentait la moisissure et l’humidité

Ein kleines Paradies.
Pros:

Das Central Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, es gibt einen Whirlpool, einen großen Pool mit Bar im Wasser und einen weniger tiefen Pool für Kinder. Das Personal ist super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ketut der Manager half uns einen Ausflug zu buchen.

Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et le manager est à l’écoute également des problèmes rencontrés et fait son maximum pour le régler au plus vite.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé la propreté de la douche et la chambre avec les toilettes partagées on entend la route la nuit.

It’s okay
Cons:

I wouldn’t recommend booking with these guys. Unfortunately, the constant knocking on the door made our stay quite frustrating. Even after giving them a specific time, they would come back every 10 minutes for the entire hour just to remind us, despite us asking them not to. This happened multiple times throughout our stay, including during check-out. Check-out was at 12pm, and at 12:01pm they were already knocking on the door and wouldn’t leave, which felt very rushed and unnecessary.

The food was also disappointing. While it was reasonably cheap, we only ate there once and decided not to eat there again for the rest of our stay.

Overall, the experience wasn’t what we expected, and the constant interruptions made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.
