I booked this place after 3 days of hospital because I looked for something quieter, out of the noisy of the city center. Really local vibes with restaurants full of Vietnamese’s. The room has an amazing sea view, the mattress is really comfortable. Also, they changed the towels every day. The owner and his family are awesome! Always smiling and helpful!

A bit far away from the beaches, noisy construction works outside
We were stopping over on our way to Ho Chi Minh and it was a perfect clean budget accommodation away from all the big hotels. The owner was very helpful. They allowed us to check in at 6am.
Wonderful place great views wanted to stay longer
Beautiful friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to book a train ticket (website card processing issues) so the owner called the railway company and had his wife pay using a specific app. Clean room and the giant shower head is awesome. Fabulous hot water. Seafood restaurants galore nearby as well as walking distance to the gondola and Aquarium.
About a 30-35K VND grab ride from the train station.
Owners are very polite, and will do the most to help you, and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Located in the local area of the Esplanade. Not far from the cable car but far enough away from the backpackers area.
Loads of seafood restaurants nearby and a great coffee shops downstairs.
