1. Zdjęcia pokoi nie odzwierciedlają ich stanu. Pokoje są z lat 70 ubiegłego stulecia, po wizycie managera- pokój zmieniono na odpowiedni.
Ad.1 Brak Ciepłej wody pod prysznicem
2. Obsługa hotelu jest zamotana i myli rachunki, podaje inne zamówienia.
3. Nie jest to standard hotelu dla Europejczyka.

Pros:

You're friendly staff. Especially Florentina and Faith they made our stay more comfortable. Otherwise just because I booked on booking.com seems like staff were offended. I'm glad the sales manager Florentina gave me her card. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable place on the beach and awesome nyama from the pool restaurant

Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!

Good beach side hotel value for money great staff
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

My room had an ancient safe too small to put in a medium sized laptop. Also it had 3 alphabetical dials and didn't appear to have been used for a long time. Additionally it was not bolted down into position

The general external environment and beach club are okay. The accomodation is bad.

Just the outdoor environment

Cons:

The accomodation is horrible. Totally run down room, unclean old wardrobes, bad shower and sink taps eaten away, uncomfortable small bed, totally rusted fan, squeezed bathroom, very old furniture, stained curtains and the bed had tiny soil particles. They also insist you pay first before seeing the accommodation which is a major red flag.
