Clean, friendly, well stocked aparthotel, would definitely visit again.
Pros:

Amazing service, friendly and attentive staff. Clean and fully equipped studio. Location is directly opposite Leeds town hall and a short walk from the station. Restaurants, bars and Leeds market all within walking distance.

Cons:

No criticism of the venue, staff or facilities. There is a current signal problem with the TV signal mostly due to the thickness of the buildings old walls I imagine leading to glitchy TV but able to cast from my tablet so no real problem.

The apartment was absolutely delightful—so cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped.
Pros:

Everything I expected and more! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. Dean was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable when we needed assistance with the kitchen appliances.

Great location, friendly welcome, super clean
Pros:

The man on reception was absolutely lovely. Large room. Extremely clean and freshly decorated.

Cons:

It was all of a high standard. A few tiny teething issues which I think could make it an evening better experience: need a tea towel in the kitchenette. When bathroom light is on, really cold air con blasts across the whole three / four rooms and it gets noticeably cold quickly. It's also quite noisy. Not sure why it needs to come on in all rooms when presumably you're just trying to dehumidify the bathroom. We took to using torches on our phone to go to the loo to reduce it coming on! For such a large space, a king bed round be nice. ZFinally, I would recommend a fitted sheet as it constantly came untucked when you moved in bed so you ended up lying on a very wrinkly sheet.

The room itself was lovely spacious and clean.

Cons:

There is quite a noticeable gap around the door to the hotel rooms that you can see through to the corridor. It let's light in and you can hear every sound. There was water in the fridge but unfortunately the bottle had food stains all over it so we didn't touch it. The corridors also smelt really badly like sewerage, but the rooms didn't.

Ļoti laba pieredze, bija patīkami šeit atrasties gan dēļ lokācijas, gan personāla attieksmes.
Pros:

Šo mītni varam ieteikt arī citiem apmeklētājiem, jo ļoti laba atrašanās vieta- pilsētas centrā, tuvu stacija (pamatā izmantojām dzelzceļa satiksmi), pilsētas sabiedriskā transporta pieturas tuvu. Jauks numuriņš, ērta gulta, ieinteresēts personāls. Tā kā uzturējāmies vairākas dienas, patīkami, ka bija veļas mazgājamais līdzeklis ar ko veļasmašīnā izmazgāt drēbes un arī žāvētājs uz kura izžāvēt.

Superb staff , great location , clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Professional and friendly. There was even a member of staff outside to guide you inside welcome .

Nothing - it was fabulous .
If I was being picky the tv reception was poor / pixilated but didn’t effect my stay . Staff said they were fixing the issue .

Amazing - will be staying here again
Pros:

Lovely and new apartments. Really look after the people that stay. Milk, biscuits, coffee, tea, water provided. Lovely shower facilities.

Amazing staff, clean and bright apartment with a stunning view of Leeds town hall
Pros:

The location was incredible, every staff member that I met was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. We had a last minute change to our reservation, which the team accomodated for and then some! Honestly, the reception team at Jubilee were some of the nicest people I've ever met - please never change! :)

Cons:

The nearest parking facilities were a 5-10 minute walk, which is really just a quirk of Leeds City Centre rather than anything to do with the apartment!

Too hot to sleep
Pros:

Fantastic location, nice and central.
Lovely and clean apartment.

Cons:

You can’t control the heating in your own from which is crazy!? Never stayed anywhere where you can’t control your own heat. At bedtime it was 24 degrees in the room and truly unbearable. I rang down to reception and a male came up to look at it. As a female traveller I felt very uncomfortable having to allow him in and put us both in a vulnerable position (although he was lovely)

He couldn’t do anything about it. I complained to reception the next morning and they said they’d inform maintenance.

The next night it was the same. Unbearable heat so I had two nights of no sleep. We couldn’t open the windows because of the central location the noise was ridiculous. There was a fan in the room but again this was so noisy it was too loud to sleep.

The lady on reception apologised at checkout and said she’d inform her boss and leave my email and I’ve heard nothing!
