Charlie on reception was a star. It was a baking hot day and he made sure I had an excellent room with A/C. The rooms are in such great condition and the location is very convenient. Highly recommended.

I was really disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked a room with a bath because I am disabled and need one, but on arrival I was given a room without a bath instead. When I spoke to reception, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I wasn't able to wash properly for the entire stay, which was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable.
The room was also unbearably hot. I asked if I could have an extra fan and was initially told to come to reception to collect one, only to then be told they couldn't provide one after all. There seemed to be very little willingness to help with either issue.
Mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of effort to resolve the problems or offer any alternative. I expected much better customer service, especially given that my accessibility needs had been made clear when booking.
Check in was very quick and easy, we stayed during the heatwave and were delighted to find in the fridge two bottles of water and some milk. The overall flat was very clean, the washing machine works brilliantly and the shower is great. There isn’t any AC so we were left with a fan, and the windows open slightly. The bed is very comfy especially the pillows! The WIFI works well and there is a lift to get to each floor. The location is great you’re very near the station and main city centre
Having a fan in the room was brilliant but with the way the U.K. is going it might be worth investing in some AC units, or allowing for the windows to be open further.
The lockbox had no instructions on the door like most hotels do which meant we had issues working it - I would suggest getting instructions into the wardrobe where the lockbox is.

Staff were incredible , I ended up having to end my stay early due to personal reasons and I really wasn’t feeling well. One of the members of staff gave me a chair to sit on in the lobby , gave me some water and helped me and my partner get our belongings out to our uber home.
The apartment was immaculate, all appliances worked perfectly and were well maintained and the staff were all really nice! I had to nip to reception to pick up some extra dishwasher tablets and toilet roll since my stay was a bit longer and staff happily accommodated.
The only negative I have is that there was t air on or fans and the weather was really hot, but this isn’t really all that out of the ordinary here in the UK, but it would definitely be the finishing touch to make it the perfect stay.
We couldn't have had a better stay! We were getting legally married, and the staff wen above and beyond to make sure that we could check in early and that we were happy with everything. The apartment was spotless, and in such a fab location! Will absolutely be staying again!
The location was great, very walkable and near lots of shops, restaurants, and the Central Library and Art Museum.
The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Everything in the kitchen worked really well and it was fitted out with anything you would need to cook meals.
The room was very warm - it has no air conditioning and only a very small openable window.
