Pros:

El estudio es espacioso y tiene todo lo necesario para estancias largas: nevera, micro, cafetera, etc
Si necesitas algún elemento adicional el personal es rápido y amablemente te lo proporcionan.
Las vistas desde la azotea son increíbles.

Cons:

La zona está un poquito alejada, tienes un súper y una lavandería cerca pero poco más.
No está iluminado por la noche, a tener cuenta. Yo como mujer que viaja sola no tuve ningún problema, pero los primeros días sí da un poquito de miedo.

Great rental apt. in Puerto Escondido peoviding everything you'll need!
Pros:

Wonderful place a little off the main road in Puerto Escondido. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, private shower and all amenities needed available. Carlos went all the way to make our stay comfortable. He provided us with beach-towels, fresh bedding after a couple of days and even an umbrella for the beach. Since we were travelling for a long time we didn't have those items with us and he was super responsive and quick to help us. The beach is a 6 minute walk away where you can also find little shops, nice coffee-shops and restaurants to eat. You will be a 25 minute walk away from La Punta (which we appreciated since it's nicer by Zicatela beach) and about 35 minutes from the centro where you will find big grocery-stores and the bus terminal. The best part is the shared rooftop-terrace which was mostly to ourselves and is giving you the most beautiful view on the Puerto Escondido-sunset (or new years fireworks in our case...). Would recommend and stay again at any given time!

Cons:

No issue to us, but there is only cold- / luke warm water in the shower.

Awesome stay in Zicatela
Pros:

Amazing stay at Casa Mura - clean, comfortable, and the rooftop deck is an amazing place to relax and read a book. Carlos was an amazing host and helped us out at every turn. Would happily stay again!

Pros:

Für mich war alles perfekt. Appartment mit kleiner Küche, man kann sich etwas kochen, wenn man mag. Klimaanlage läuft gut und leise. Sonst überall Essensmöglichkeiten. Carlos hat mir bei jeder Frage geholfen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Lage zentral, am besten einen Roller mieten.

La ubicación es muy buena, la atención de Carlos es maravillosa, la habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia. Tiene una terraza muy bonita que da vista al mar.

Carlos nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones, nos prestó una sombrilla para ir a diferentes playas y nos permitió un late check out debido a que no iban a ocupar la habitación ese día.

Sin duda nuestra estancia fue maravillosa

Pros:

Casa Mura has been my favorite place in Puerto after two different visits. The host was very helpful and nice. The place is off of the main road, 10minutes walk from Zicatela beach. I rented a scooter, so no problem getting around.. The host booked a taxi to the airport. The room was the most comfortable, good a/c, shower, and privacy. I needed to change places day of and the host allowed me to check-in early.
