Preiswerte Unterkunft für eine Nacht
Pros:

Gute Lage - Fussläufig in die Stadt. Obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht gekommen sind, wurden wir ohne Probleme empfangen. Kommunikation per WhatsApp.

Sweet, helpful, kind family running this very cute homestay. Quiet location but close to everything!
Pros:

Nice rooms, spacious and comfy. Very quiet. Loved our hostess - she helped us with everything, from booking transportation, giving recommendations for activities, giving us food and water for the road, and even calling a plumber to get my neckless out of the sink drain as soon as I asked for help!

Cons:

Weak water pressure in the shower.

Cosy stay, lovely people. Recommend.
Pros:

It was incredibly clean and a lovely homestay. The rooms have privacy from each other which is nice, and it just felt very cosy. Location is great - off the busiest stretch in tam coc but only a few mins to walk to it. Some lovely restaurants within 50m. Can rent bikes, motorbikes etc from the homestay and it’s all very convenient. The host Anh and her family are also amazing, possibly the loveliest hosts I’ve met on my travels. They can help organise anything needed and are just very warm people.

Pros:

Un’oasi di pace! Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa grazie alla gestione familiare: la ragazza è stata gentilissima e pronta ad aiutarci per ogni necessità. Il resort trasmette un senso di serenità incredibile. Comodissimi i servizi interni come il noleggio di moto e bici e la lavanderia, offerti a prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax e praticità!

De gastvrouwen zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Ze helpen bij alle plannen die je wil maken, de was een eventuele ongemakken. We hebben zowel de fietsen als een scooter gehuurd. Het ontbijt is erg lekker! Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker aanraden.

We had a wonderful stay and an AMAZING hostess!

We arrived in Ninh Binh during the Tet holiday and originally planned to stay just one night. When our bus was cancelled, we suddenly needed to extend our stay to four nights—but our previous hostel was fully booked. I found this lovely homestay on Booking.com, and considering the holiday rush and availability, it was very affordable.

Almost immediately after booking, I received a WhatsApp message from Anh confirming our reservation and sharing all the information we needed. Because it was Tet, we struggled to find a taxi and waited nearly two hours. Anh truly came to the rescue by arranging someone to pick us up, which was incredibly helpful.

When we arrived, everyone was so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds, hot water, air conditioning—everything we needed.

On the day we left, Anh sat with us while we tried (again!) to find a taxi to our next hostel. She asked about our travels, where we’d been, and was just so kind and chatty. Grab wasn’t working, and another app she suggested didn’t work either. We were prepared to walk, but Anh knew my friend had hurt her ankle—so she loaded our GIANT backpacks onto her motorbike and personally delivered them to our next hostel.

We honestly can’t thank her enough. Such a kind, generous woman and a truly lovely place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this homestay and would stay here again when we return 😊

A beautiful, comfortable, and spotless homestay with kind hosts and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

I’m so glad I found this beautiful place. I booked a private room and it was perfect for me. The bed was incredibly comfortable (I had the best sleep of all my travels). The room had a refrigerator, kettle, and clothing rack, plus a wonderful balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view and fresh air.
Everything was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a great hot shower. The location was great, close to walk to everything, yet on a quiet street. The family who run this place are so kind, share lots of helpful information, and genuinely make sure their guests have a great stay.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This is where I will stay next time I visit Tam Coc. Thank you so much!
