Самый лучший отель!
Pros:

Очень тихий отель. в самом историческом центре, 1 минута от Ай Софии!!
Чистые новые номера. Прекрасные матрасы. Замечательный персонал, всегда помогали , рассказывали. Мы плохо знаем английский, но в отеле администратор Мерт прекрасно говорил на русском и помогал во всём. А ещё нам сделали апгрейт !!! Огромное спасибо!

Cos wspaniałego!
Pros:

Hotel oceniam jako bardzo dobry pod każdym względem. Rzadko się zdarza abym dawał tak wysokie oceny a le tym razem był to strzał w dziesiątkę !Pobyt był niezwykle udany – już od pierwszych chwil można było poczuć wysoki standard obsługi oraz dbałość o szczegóły.
Pokój nr 302 narożny był czysty, przestronny i komfortowo wyposażony, co zapewniło pełen relaks. Łóżko bardzo wygodne choć może dla niektórych ciut twarde, a codzienne sprzątanie utrzymywało wszystko w idealnym porządku. Lokalizacja hotelu również na duży plus – dogodny dojazd i bliskość atrakcji.
Personel zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze gotowy do wsparcia. Śniadania były smaczne, różnorodne i świeże, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, szkoda ze zbyt mało było na ciepło czegoś w rodzaju kiełbasek, parówek, bekonu.
Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie. Idealne miejsce zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Praktycznie nie ma czego się przyczepić , no może tylko tego ze w ostatnim tygodniu marca w hotelu jest jeszcze wystrój świąteczny bożonarodzeniowy

Pros:

L’hotel si trova in una posizione centrale e strategica per visitare la principali attrazioni, a due passi dalla pizza principale. Vicino anche a ristoranti e locali per la sera. Tutto nuovo, camera molto accogliente, pulita e nuova. Tutto lo staff è super gentile, sempre attenti e premurosi, la comunicazione in inglese è facile. Grazie RECEP per la bella accoglienza e per la tua e vostra gentilezza e professionalità.

Fantastic location and nice people.
Pros:

A small hotel in the heart of Istanbul.The location is fantastic, extremly close to all major atractions and public transport.The stuff very helpful in any problem.Impeccable cleanliness,very good price-quality ratio.A lot of restaurants near hotel but 100% tourist traps.Try to get out of the central area a little and the situation will change.In conclusion try this hotel and you will not be disappointed.It is more than enough for a few days spent in Istanbul when the focus is on the city's attractions and not on the hotel room.

Cons:

The lack of natural light in the room could be disturbing for some people and it would be good if this was specified more clearly in the description of the rooms overlooking the inner courtyard.
Breakfast could be a little more varied

Lovely place in the heart of the old town
Pros:

The location was great - easy walks to a number of tourist attractions. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, all basic toiletries, tea, coffee and complimentary water. Lovely breakfast with local dishes, good choice for vegans and vegetarians. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some receptionists didn't speak so good English, sometimes it was hard to communicate, but they tried. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos, just enough for the three of us.

Amazing and would return and recommend.
Pros:

The staff were the best part. Very friendly and eagle to help with anything and everything. The room was a bit small but for the price and location, it's an absolute gem.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is the hotel cut the wifi the night before checkout. I thought it should continue until checkout

Perfecto para pasar 3 - 4 días en Estambul
Pros:

Está al lado de la plaza más importante, en la que están Santa Sofía y Sultanahmet (mezquita azul). Al lado también tienes restaurantes, tiendas y de todo.
Los chicos que llevan el hotel son muy amables y te ayudan siempre. Incluso nos dieron la "Istanbul Card" que la recargas y te mueves de forma muy económica por la ciudad.

Cons:

La habitación era bastante pequeña con un armario reducido. Sin embargo otros amigos tenían la misma un piso por encima y tenían más sitio de almacenaje.
El desayuno...está incluido pero nada parecido a un desayuno español. Salsas, dulces...
