Great value for money with a perfect location. The same young lady at reception on the evening of the July 9th (around 20:00) and the morning of the 10th (10:00) was exceptionally helpful, making the stay very comfortable.
The only minor downsides were the absence of a water boiler in the room—though the hotel provided a thermos with hot water, which worked just fine—and the bed making noise when moving.

Lenteur pour le service de restauration ; une des chambres était sans Clim et nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre moyennant supplément ; un des membres du personnel était insistant avec notre fille de 16 ans… (mais pas de dérapage)
The hotel is great value for money. The location is great as it is basically on the beach with a nice walk and a large number of restaurants close by, as well as 2 different beaches. The room was cozy and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Also, if you love cats, this is definitely the place for you as there are so many, we were happy with them! The breakfast is also quite good and has some good choices. They also offer a breakfast box to be ordered latest the night before you want it, and will be delivered to you. This is especially good if you need to leave early for an activity and would need to miss breakfast otherwise.
The rooms themselves are a bit old and could use some upgrading, such as furniture and a fresh coat of paint. The pool water seemed a bit murky (although we didn't swim in it). Otherwise, a great place to stay!

L'emplacement idéal, l'ambiance de l'hôtel un peu surannée mais avec beaucoup de charme. Le jardin est très joli. Gros point fort: l'espace piscine juste à côté du bar/restaurant qui sert de bons plats et de bons cocktails

Sistemazione veramente bella, tenendo presente il costo contenuto della prenotazione, struttura con affaccio diretto sulla spiaggia, piscina comoda, ristorante fronte mare con pietanze ben cucinate. Ci è sembrato di fare un tuffo nella storia tornando al fascino degli anni ‘50, respirando l’atmosfera che aveva ispirato il suo fondatore l’ultimo imperatore del Buleleng.
