Pros:

Great until we got scammed on check out
Pros:

It's an alright accommodation with direct access to the beach

Cons:

On check out the staff scammed us on a fake, extra cleaning charge by embarrassing us. Since found out this is a common scam to get extra out of departing guests.

Logement qui a du potentiel mais manque des indispensables: connexion wifi qui marche, eau chaude
Pros:

L’emplacement pieds dans l’eau pratique pour aller à la plage, trouver des restaurants où manger… et le complexe en lui même est charmant (piscine, jardins)

Cons:

Pas de wifi durant tout le séjour, même s’ils vous donnent le code à la réception il n’a jamais marché depuis notre chambre, pareil depuis la chambre de mon amie.
Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche on l’a découvert à notre arrivée… apparemment c’était écrit dans l’une des caractéristiques de l’hébergement ; j’aurai préféré que ça soit mentionné en grand et dès le départ car c’est une chose essentielle. Lorsque sur place nous avons demandé à payer pour obtenir de l’eau chaude ils nous ont dit que les chambres avec eau chaude étaient complètes et qu’on doit accepter ce qu’on a. Ça ne devrait même pas exister! J’ai par conséquent attrapé froid et je n’ai presque rien pu voir de Lovina, j’ai quitté le logement à 8h du matin pour aller sur une autre ville avec de l’eau chaude.

Great location, nice setting.
Pros:

The setting of the accommodation was great, amongst lots of trees, very nice, pool was lovely, the staff friendly.They even put out mozzie coils each night, although I didn't notice any mozzies anywhere.

Cons:

The room itself was below par. It needed patching and repainting, there wasn't even a kettle. The shower had a handheld sprayer which clipped into a bracket on the wall, causing the water to come out horizontally. It was hot though. Toiletries were very sparse, no soap/pumppack to wash your hands at least. I know you get what you pay for but I've stayed at similar cost accommodation around Bali and you get more.

Une grosse déception, nous ne reviendrons jamais et déconseillons fortement
Cons:

Vétusté de l’établissement (et de toute la ville à vraie dire), pas de contrôle de qui rentre dans l’hôtel (personne extérieure qui vient nous réveiller en frappant à la porte du bungalow jusqu’à ce qu’on se lève à 5h30 du matin pour essayer de vendre une excursion dauphins - réveillant notre bébé), pas de lit bébé malgré notre demande des mois à l’avance, porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas, très mauvaise insonorisation, petit déjeuner micro-ondé et servi en 1min après le choix donc aucun goût, piscine avec eau trouble du fait d’un manque d’entretien…
La plage est au bout du jardin certes, mais très sale et on s’y fait alpaguer et démarcher tous les 5 mètres. À fuir!!

Perfect place.
Pros:

The whole place was clean and beautiful, and the staff were so friendly and polite. The pool was perfect, and the breakfast was great. Room was big and clean, every night citronella coil was lit for you to keep the mosquitos away, nice touch.

Cons:

Wifi in our room 7A was terrible, but on the veranda, we had a bit of a signal.
