Hotel Ambassadeur et Suites

Le climatiseur dans la chambre était très bruyant. Les lits craquaient énormément.

Spa, brique pas propre et besoin de bcp de réparation.
Piscine, même chose.
Salle de bain, a besoin d’être rénové et pas bonne odeur

Séjour décevant. À notre arrivée, nous avons attendu près de 10 minutes à la réception alors qu’un employé était au téléphone. Malgré nos salutations, il n’a reconnu notre présence d’aucune façon.
La chambre attribuée au 1er étage avait une odeur désagréable. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, on nous a simplement répondu que l’hôtel était complet, sans réelle tentative de trouver une solution. De plus, aucun micro-ondes ou équipement de réchauffement n’était disponible. Le service à la clientèle et l’accueil gagneraient à être améliorés.

My only complain is that the flooring in the splash pod and the way to the pool is slippery, as my son got a bump on his head. hopefully they can change the flooring to non slip type. To add more, they don't have a microwave room, anyhow it is already mentioned in the booking info. Its just a little bit off that you need to walk all the way to the receiving area just to heat up our leftovers. In addition, they can update the Carpet on the ground floor to tile type as it is already worn out because of visitors using as an access to the pool. And finally, the drawer below the tv in our room open on its own, it could be a hazard specially with kids around. I know it should be an easy fix.

The common element portion of the facility may need an update, specifically the main elevator & carpets in the common element corridor. Vestibule/Reception portion is fine.

C’est un peu dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de grandes chambres communicantes pour les familles avec trois jeunes enfants. Ça complique un peu les choses, mais à part ça, tout est impeccable.

Nous n’avions pas de débarbouillette et nous avons dû demander à ce que le ménage soit fait, car cela n’a pas été fait après la première nuit.

Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées automatiquement, même avec la petite affiche à la porte ça n’a pas été fait.

Séjour de 3 nuits, la femme de chambre n’est pas passé une fois, bien que nous aillons mis l’affiche sur la porte de faire la chambre. Nous avons seulement eu du café pour le premier matin.

J’aurais aimé petit déjeuner à ce prix là

Renovations seem incomplete. Our bathroom light was missing a fixture and was so bright even in the daytime it hurt our eyes! There seemed to be a dimmer light over the bathroom mirror but no way to use it.

The AC was the loudest thing I've ever heard. My husband & I barely slept because it would wake us or just keep us up. We were very fortunate our kiddos slept through that but you know what a lack of a good night's sleep can do when you need the energy to keep your kiddos going!

The WiFi was lagging a lot, & although I didn't mind, it was a disappointment to our kids who wanted to have some tablet time.

There is 1 garbage in the room which was in the bathroom & no phone to contact the front desk. So if you have any issues, get ready to go downstairs for help at any hour!

Room was located right by the pool. So it made everything very noisy.
