J'ai été chargée des montants de trop qui ne correspondent pas a ceux prévue au moment de la réservation....
The pool is nice, too small, still nice. It i convenient since it is not too far from main touristic places and it is not as expensive as hotels in Old Quebec. It is a lot closer to the falls, though. The staff was very nice.
They didn't clean the room, the sink was clogged, and tjhe beds were not very comfortable.
Le personnel a l’accueil son très professionnel souriant et a l’écoute, La literie et confortable.
La propreté laisse à désirer, les meubles, porte, peinture, électrisée et autres sont vraiment très usagés voire déjà très abîmé ou non fonctionnel. La piscine qui devait être une piscine chauffée était vraiment froide. Le spa était dangereux et en très mauvaise état ( marche pour rentrer briser, rambarde pour rentrer ou sortir arraché du sol et sur le point de tomber totalement, et les buse à l’intérieur sur la totalité seul 1 fonctionner.

L’air climatisé faisait un tapage d’enfer. Nous n’avons pu l’utiliser.
La flotte de la toilette coulait à toutes les 3 minutes.
Encore du bruit.
Pas de garde-robe avec cintres.
Meubles usés et égratignés.
Bref pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Il avait un maillot de bain sale dans la salle de bain et une serviette sale sur la table chevet

L'emplacement et l'accès à plusieurs restaurants aux alentours.
L'air climatisé n'a pas fonctionné de nuit.
On a apprécié la piscine et jeux d'eau pour nos enfants. L'offre de serviettes à la piscine est une très bonne idée. On est content d'avoir eu accès a un micro-ondes et petit frigo.
La toilette manque de nettoyage en profondeur, c'est du nettoyage en surface car on voit bien l'accumulation de saleté autour des robinets et le levier.
