Pros:

We were happy for the service with speedboat and transfer from airport to the retreat and back after. So smooth. Just ask for it begore coming to airport. It felt safe and the staff was always Kind. Espesially MR KK. That stood out from the staff as a natural talent of representing trustworthy service. Hi is a gem for any hotel. Hi made us feel relaxed that our needs are met on our wecation. Around the house is a young black cat that we hope someone would adopt. It was so sweet but very hungry and looking for safety. We would recomment this place anytime, near the beach and you can borrow snorkling gear. Cozy restaurant and good breakfast.

Cons:

The cleening of the rooms could be offered and communicated. We had to ask for it. Then it was perfekt but it should come naturally in the service as communication about diffrent faciliteter or options. The room upstairs was very dusty from the sand and there was little space to dry your swimmingpool wear and wet towels. There vould be a separate place for wet cloths as the watersports is a highlight on the Island in my opinion.

Really enjoyed my stay! The food was tasty with plenty of choices, and the prices felt fair for what you get. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. A few small things could be improved, but overall great value and experience.

Had a wonderful 1-day stay at Wave Crest during a quick meeting trip.
Pros:

The guesthouse is clean and comfortable, with a peaceful island vibe. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is stunning, just steps from the beach.
The Nexus Hub restaurant served delicious food — great taste and good variety.
Would definitely love to return for a longer stay!

Pros:

Location. Room had a nice view and a balcony

Cons:

The staff tried to accommodate in a downgraded room trying to convince that we shouldn’t look at the pictures of the booking and they do not depict the reality. Meanwhile I payed the higher price for a nicer room with a garden view. The person who was doing check in was unbelievably uncooperative. We a had a very stressful and unpleasant situation with this property and only after official complaint through the platform the situation was managed. I highly recommend stand your ground firmly if they tray to scam you and convince that it is a regular practice.
Also no toiletries, no hairdryer even they are mentioned in the description of the property

Peaceful and relaxing location, beach+ restraunt accessable
Pros:

The room was very brightly lit with blue neon lights and had a nice vibe, it was clean and spacious. Value for money because the location is closer to the south beach on the island.

Cons:

What's not mentioned is the extra charge for the buggy that comes from the hotel to pick you up at the docks, even after agreeing to pay we had to wait and tue 6USD per night tax applicable on every night as long as you stay. The charges are nominal charges but they must be mentioned while booking is processed.

Exceptional
Pros:

Great place to stay, directly on the beach. The room was comfy and had everything i needed. There is a water dispenser in the corridor.
The restaurant is great, good service and good food. Fair prices. I liked the breakfast too. Would recommend this guesthouse.
Kk was nice and helpful, he helped with the luggage and dropped me off to the harbor.

Cons:

When i asked help regarding the ferry transfer i was told they don't know this and i should Google it if i need information which i found to be a rather rude answer. In all other guesthouses i got information without any problems. They only have one ferry operating and i think this is something a local person knows very well so i don't understand why they don't want to give this information.

I don't regret choosing this hotel. Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly, did their best to satisfy all our requests. From the hotel doors to the beach - less than a minute's walk

Cons:

The hotel is quite simple, but in terms of price-quality ratio it is quite good. It would definitely be worth adding an electric kettle to the room. Not all rooms have windows to the outside, some only have a window to the hotel corridor

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the location was also good. Near bikini beach.
The room was also very clean and there was free drinking water snorkeling gear available.

Cons:

The property has just opened and definitely has a way to go. Our bathroom had an open window, so all the noise from taking a shower or flushing the toilet could be heard in the common area.
Some of the staff are very helpful and kind. The girls from the restaurant are sweet.
But, the manager was a bit cold. Almost all of the times he only acknowledged my partner and not me. Which was weird considering I made the booking.
Also, there seems to be some inequity in guest treatment. Like when eating at the restaurant as a hotel guest, our neighbours did not have to pay the service tax. However, we had to pay the service tax every time.
