Nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was wir gebucht haben. Weil die Klimaanlagen in beiden Zimmer defekt waren haben wir andere Zimmer bekommen, die nicht der Preiskategorie entsprechen. Auf Anfrage den Preis dann dementsprechend runter zu machen wurde nicht darauf geantwortet.
